Efficient, convenient, and reasonably priced. Needed to leave car for a month, arrived at drop off area and taken straight to airport. On returning walked out of terminal and bus arrived within 3 minutes and took me straight back to my car. Would definitely use again.

You must mend the step on mini bus. It's too high without it and someone, hopefully not me, will fall when getting off and sue you no doubt. I mentioned it to the driver but he was totally disinterested and terse and lady in office just said she wasn't maintenance so both very unhelpful. We have been using this service for years and it's not as slick as it used to be and not nearly as friendly workforce. Otherwise, system works pretty well.

Excellent. Easy to get to from the motorway. Staff very helpful and cheery - especially in the horrid bad weather - as we were feeling gloomy after return from hot and sunny Dubai. Driver collecting at airport first rate. Would definitely choose this firm again.

Very good on departure no problems but when we arrived back from holiday we waited at least 12 - 15 minutes in the freezing cold at midnight before someone came and picked us up, this after telling us that all we had to do was stand at the pick up point and they would see us on camera and come for us if it had not been for another driver radioing them we would still be there, not a happy bunny.

I have used Callerton for years without any problems, however this time when collecting the car the battery was flat? Hats off to the staff member who immediately set about arranging a jump start which solved the problem - when the car was started the interior light was on and I can only assume this is what caused the battery to drain as since returning the car has run perfect - Hyundai IX35 3 year old and fully serviced - this why in this occasion I have only given you 3 stars

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
