1st Class!...Have been using Callerton Parking for many years...It is very conveniently located. My wife and I never have any worries about getting to the airport (and back) on time ...It is virtually an "on demand" service...you arrive, transfer luggage to the shuttle bus and within 5 minutes, you're checking in at Newcastle Airport. I find FHR very competitively priced...I don't even look elsewhere now

The person checking me in was rude and very officious. If he was was one of my Grandchildren he would be told off for not saying please or thank you. At the very least I expect people providing a customer service to be basically polite after all we wouldn't allow it in a child so when did it become acceptable for an adult to be so discourteous. This was a shame because everything else worked like clockwork.

I have used Callerton Parking for many years now & found them to be most reliable each time.We get transferred to Airport soon after we arrive & on our arrival back we are picked up almost straight away & my car is ready & waiting for us.Recommended.

Very good service..I would have given 5 stars but I paid for a text confirmation of booking so that I didn't have to print anything and I'm still waiting for it...other than that I can't fault anything. Prompt pick up from airport which is appreciated after a flight.

Excellent service. Liked the fact I received an email before I travelled with confirmation details and directions. We arrived early morning to drop off the car and bus was already there to go, on the way back we only had to wait 10 mins max due to others travelling. definitely use all the time.

I thought the service on arrival was very efficient and courteous, the transfer to the airport was immediate and the driver helpful with loading and off loading our luggage. On return the bus was on time and again the driver was very caring, our car was outside the office and the whole transaction went smoothly. I will certainly use Callerton again. Everything worked well and on time except for the return shuttle bus. The bus for Park and Fly brought us from the terminal as the Callerton bus was nowhere to be seen, even though our flight was on time. There is NOT a cctv camera at the bus stop as we were initially informed!!

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
