Unfortunately we were not dropped off where we were to be picked up. We ended up waiting for over half an hour in the wrong place after their was a problem in getting our cases from Thomas Cook ailrline. This was much longer wait than usual,so everyone else had gone! My mobile would not connect to the number Callerton had given us. The airport allowed me to use their phone and was given the correct place to stand. We have always used Callerton and had no problem in the past, A lack of communication in specifying the exact spot seemed to be the error. As we were travelling to Darlington we were very late getting back.

When got to car park at 4.30am notice to say it wad closed and had to go to a different carpark... only booked 2 days before

Even though callerton parking was shut for improvements rearranged facility was just as good and efficient, it was only across the road which caused no major disruptions.

Booked with Callerton as we have done for a number of years. When we arrived car park was shut due to refurb, and had to move across the road to Belair where service was as good as ever. One worrying aspect to arise from this, was told that refurb. of compound was due to the airport parking taking over as Callerton was the last independent parking in the area. Was also told that this would put the prices up as there was now no competition. I hope this will not be the case, as Callerton always provided a great service at a great price,

Was a slightly confusing return there was only one driver dropping off for several different companys which caused a slight delay for people.Also picked the car up from a different location which was not made clear by the company,a little more comunication would have made all the difference.

Sight wait on outward journey for mini bus, but on way back there was a bus there as soon as we got outside the airport, so very impressed with return service! Would use this company again, and recommend to friends, great value for money too!!

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
