service very poor on Tuesday night ,we arrived back at Newcastle air- port from Tenerife via Jet2.com and had to stand in the cold for 20mins before being picked up this is not on. we use the service three times a year but I doubt if we will use it again

Very pleased with the service,going to airport had a good friendly driver who was very helpful. On return our driver was just the opposite, a right misery. When we arrived at car park,he took cases & walker(disabled)left them at back of bus & watched as my wife & l struggled getting cases round to car. Car was ready for us to drive away which was very handy. I must mention that the return driver was not a Callaton driver.

We had to wait over 15 minutes to get picked up on our return. I tried ringing the number but nobody answered for some time. Not the usual efficient service

Used Callerton for lot of years to find that it had been taken by NAP. The customer care has deteriorated significantly. Upon arrival to the parking lot, we were left waiting 10 minutes until the person returned to the hut.. then they were unable to locate my booking, which i may add i had received several emails re: booking confirmation.. I enquired regarding our return journey to where we should assemble, it was greeted with a unprofessional comment.. Upon return, bearing in mind that you have all customers details of return flight times etc.. we waited somewhat 20 minutes, only one vehicle operating to a number of parking lots... The service was really appalling, and i think a lesson in good customer care would certainly not go amiss!! surly, miserable people who have not got a clue about customer care... hence we will not be using you again. and probably cheaper and efficient to get a cab...

I've used callerton for years and always had a friendly welcome and an excellent all round service but when i used it in the new year i noticed a difference and I've just used it again and its not the same it has been updated so gives a better impression and they use a newer minibus but ts not as friendly and we had t wait both goin t the airport which was only 5 or 10 mins but other people said they had waited bout 20 minutes. That never used to happen!!!

I was rather disappointed on our return this time as when we got into the car it wouldn't start two battery chargers were tried but to no avail I was devastated as I was trying to get home as my mam was dying I missed saying goodbye by ten minutes we use you at least three times a year and have two more reservations for this year

couldnt be easier, parked at callerton again, new office & loads more parking space, was told that i didnt need to phone the number when we returned, only waited about 2 minutes in the new shelter on return for our lift back to collect car, discount was good for 1 week, will keep using them, thanks again, no hassle

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
