Parking facilities spot on staff great. However I booked a full valet whilst I was away. When I returned I was made to pay for the valet before I was given my keys, when I returned to my car I can see why I had to pay first the interior of the car hardly looked if it had been touched. I asked in the office about the poor valet only to be told they only do exterior and dash board. That to me is not a full valet, I asked who I could speak to about the reply was nothing to do with us it is Handy Andy that does it. They said I could complain to head office if I wished. Why if it is nothing to do with your staff somebody is making easy money by not doing what is advertised in your office. Needless to say I will not be using the valet service again and also I will think twice about using the parking.

small problems with return pickup as the minibus was not readily identified as that of the company with whom we had booked. Told that several parking compaies shared a pool of vehicles.

Parking site is easy to find, not far from airport, the only problem was when we came back had to wait a while before being picked up when it was very cold.

When we arrived to leave the car the office was locked and had to wait 5 minutes for someone to arrive. On our return to Newcastle Airport we waited 25 minutes for the shuttle . Fortunately the weather was fine and warm very disappointing after many previous good experiences there.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
