As I've used Callerton many times now and this time was the best experience with the new office and the buses were very efficient both to and from the airport. Keep on with the improvements. I plan to use Callerton at least another or 6 times this year.

Very good service however the driver on the return journey must have been in a hurry to get home! Manic driving which caused us some discomfort. Quite a miserable man as well. Apart from that everything was fine

Departure to airport staff very helpful, the driver on Thursday 3rd March was the exact opposite driving too fast and couldn't wait to drop us off.

Very good all round service. Actual car park itself now greatly improved since recent refurbishment of overall facilities i.e. better use of available land close to entrance and modern reception desk. Staff helpful and good humoured. Represents value for money. Would recommend.

This is the combine score for 2 visit . first time i would have given 2 star since car was left parked in the dark inside a very big puddle and didn't help my big bag drobbing right in it . this time how ever , i would have given 6 star pick up was really fast and when we got to the car park the car had been left with engine on (attended) ready for us to jump in ( was -2 outside)

we travel approx. 3/4 times a year and have been parking at Callerton Parking for the last 10years. this parking has now been taken over by the park and fly /bellair group and have to say the service has deteriorated. travelling in September the coach return transfer didn't arrive so we had to phone, then last week we arrived home from holiday pm flight to freezing temperatures waited in an orderly queue coach turned up and we were told couldn't take all the passengers so we would have to wait until he did a drop off and return pick up !!., bearing in mind the new company has all arrival times and number of passengers so have all relevant information I asked the question why 2 coaches were not sent and was told "no Drivers " for the other 4 coaches !!!.. On returning eventually, to the office to pick up car keys I told them that the wait time was unacceptable and was told to write a complaint but to bear in mind the new group had total control over airport parking so all practices would be the same. Surely something should be done otherwise customers may use other forms of transport as this is not good press for airport parking which is meant to take the stress out of travelling. Have never ever encountered a problem with the "old" callerton parking but will seriously consider alternative arrangements because of the current owners.

One suggestion to improve your service is that when arriving at Newcastle early morning & in the dark I'm ask what marks/scratches are on the car. I neither had the time nor the light to see. like everyone else I OK'd your guy doing it for me. I wouldn't think it above the whit of some IT guru to add a sketch online to mark up before setting off from home. Thanks for your service. Bill.

When I went to collect my car they tried to give me the keys for the wrong car. My car wasn't there and they had to go and look for it. Bring back the old Callerton as they always had the car ready and it was always ice free. When I dropped my car off the bus driver told me to move my car but didn't wait for me. All in all I am very disappointed with the service. I have used this car park for a.number of years at least four times a year and I'm unsure I will come back here. I am traveling again in April and I'm thinking of using a taxi. I suggest you look at your system as other passengers were wondering around the car park in the dark looking for their car.

I have used Calton parking several times before. I noticed the new improvements strait away. New office was clean and not a sign of huge dogs anywere. There was also a lack of wet dog smell which was pleasing to the nostrils. The car park area looks better organised and tidy. The transport was clean and the driver was well presented, helpful and pleasant. There had even been improvements over the 2 weeks we were away. We are going away again in June so will be booking again and look forward to seeing the changes being made.

Stayed at the Premier Inn the night before which was right next to the Callerton car park, we have used their service many times before and never had any complaints and it was the same this time, no waiting about the minibus was there to pick us up when we landed. great service would highly recommend

This time waited too long for bus, no one answering phone when we arrived. Bus at stop but said callerton bus was on its way, yes it was because he was the callerton bus driver, after he dropped park and ride customers, why tell a lie the truth is better

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking
Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.
EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.
On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.
On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park.
