We've used callerton on many occasions and they have always been on time and just round the corner to the airport.we were disappointed when we heard they had changed hands but the service we got was as good as in the past

It was fine travelling to the airport but no one came to pick me up when I landed back at Newcastle continually calmly yourselves and callerton to know avail the weather was terrible and I felt stranded and if it was not for a kind lady that worked at the airport giving me a lift to callerton I would have been stuck at the airport unable to reach my car so disappointed

After a 100 mile journey, 2 long haul flights ahead and a 3 year old very excited child to look after - the greeting at Callerton was a tonic. Helped immediately with the luggage to the awaiting transport and uncomplicated check in procedure, driven to the airport and once again assisted with the handling of the luggage, we were most grateful. Again on the reverse journey, the pleasant driver was waiting and loaded up for us. Car was ready and we were on the road very quickly. I would thoroughly recommend Callerton Parking for newcastle flights.

On arrival at Callerton they had no record of the booking even though I had the booking confirmation. This resulted in a 10 minute delay while they sorted it out. Very disappointing to say the least. Can't fault the service after that however.

Quick and easy to find to drop off car. Fast transfer to airport. Told that collection would be prompt,they follow flight information and no need to phone them. Waited 15 - 20 mins then phoned. Then followed by prompt collection and transfer to car collection area. Overall we'll pleased wilt company and would definitely use them again on next trip. But will phone in future when leaving customs.

on pick up on return journey from airport back to callerton parking I was first in queue and bus arrived, driver asked for park and drive customers first befor callerton customers which in my opinion was wrong first in queue should be allowed first.

great improvement on old callerton, have used this firm for many years and thought it would be a good idea if you could introduce a loyalty reward system for long turm custermers, thinking of some thing like a small reduction in the cost of parking.

Carpark is great however if you book on line day before don't expect anyone to have any of your details when you arrive as they are never on the system, his gets a little annoying when its same story every time!

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
