No problems at all minibus waiting for us at 5am .On return we had to wait for the bus to return as too many people for one journey ,but you now have a selected shelter to wait in which makes a differrence rather than one where people are waiting for cars and taxis which did get a bit congested .and the wait at the new shelter was only about 10min.

I had to cancel this booking as I was poorly, I didn't get any sort of refund which I was quite disappointed about. I know it wasn't within the 24 hours but I was unable to fly due to being poorly which couldn't be helped.

Easy drop off, 2 minutes from airport. On return had to wait 12 minutes for the vehicle to arrive to pick us up, my car was waiting to be picked up. Overall, excellent service for the price.

Couldnt fault Callerton Airport Parking, at all. We have booked with these a few times now, and wouldnt hesitate to tell people about you. Everything is straight forward, and the people we have dealt with have been very quick and efficient, and also nice people. Its going to be a lot better now you have the new mini van and office etc. no doubt we will be using you again, especially with the service and the price is right. thanks Again Mrs C M johnson

The staff couldn't have been more helpful, they were cheerful and extremely pleasant. My car wouldn't start when I returned and the member of staff rushed to help. I would definately use them again.

Directions for Newcastle - Callerton Parking

Please be aware that satellite navigation systems are not guaranteed to take you directly to the car park, please use the directions provided below. We cannot be held responsible if you fail to locate the car park or are delayed.

FROM THE A1, take the slip road to the left, signed A696 Jedburgh and Airport; go along the A696 to the airport taking the 2nd slip road on the left, signed Woolsington & Throckley. At the top of the slip road turn right, go straight over the roundabout, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

SOUTHBOUND on A68/A696, go through the village of Ponteland towards Newcastle, straight over at the roundabout and along the dual carriageway. After approx. 500 yards, take the first slip road on left for Woolsington & Throckley. At top of slip road turn left, Callerton Parking is located on the right, as you approach the Metro lines.

EASTBOUND on the A69, travel along the A69 until you come to a turn off for Throckley. At the end of the slip road turn left onto the B6323. At T-junction turn right and continue on the road, taking the 2nd turn in left, signed Black Callerton (ignore 1st turn in for the Airport). Follow the road for approx. 2 miles. When you reach roundabout, go straight over, Callerton Parking is located on the right, just before the Metro lines.

On arrival
Please report to the car park Reception on arrival and present your confirmation Voucher or FHR Booking Reference number. A member of our team will transfer you on our courtesy bus up to the terminal.

On return
On return, proceed to where the bus dropped you off on arrival (the large bus shelter directly in front of the terminal, just in front of the express car park). This is where the new pick up point is. One of our representatives will be awaiting your return to take you back to Callerton Parking.

Can you have your car parked under cover ?Thank you for your enquiry, we have contacted Callerton Parking who have advised that they do not offer undercover parking.
What happens if I notice damage to my vehicle not caused by myself but after being parked at Callerton car park? It was dark when I collected my vehicle so I was unable to see any damage until I returned home. No car park will normally not allow claims after the car has been taken out of the car park. can I get an earlier transfer back to my car if my flight lands before the specified timeTransfers are running all the time so that would not be a problem
