You need to provide a step in each minibus to facilitate those who have difficulty accessing or exiting such a high step. Being man handled from the bus, though with kind intentions, after a recent breast cancer operation was not an experience I would like to repeat.

Park&Fly do not seem to be able to get the checking in process organised. When everything is prebooked online the last thing i expect to do is to stand in a queue for ten minutes while they sort paperwork out for customers, ( especially early in the morning ). Apart from that the site is well located and the transfers are usually quick.

Generally what I would have expected, other than the heating controls had been altered, the fan had been switched off, the heater turned up to full, none of which required or should have been touched whilst moving my car within the parking area

We waited over mins for bus to collect us at airport bus stop when it arrived driver said 1st 8 persons please but some one just walked up & got on after we had waited over 20 mins we complained to the driver as the 2 people just got in the bus & ignored other customers complaining but the driver done nothing about it. Hence we waited another 10 mins
