Actually book this facility in error !! Normally book on site at the airport - but the friendly efficient service and cost saving will not use airport again. Staff were welcoming, polite and efficient. Drop off quick and effortless literally 2 minutes away and two minute wait on return - just wait where you are dropped off they see you on camera and send the mini bus - car waiting in bay - job done - what more do you need - thank you ;)

Car park was easy to find and the service was first class. Hardly any waiting time between shuttles ( 2 minutes in the bus). Mini bus dropped us off at the car in order to load up the car and avoid lugging suitcases back and forth. We will use this company again when flying from NewcastleðŸ‘Â

Departure was no problem. Returning yesterday evening was a problem. I waited at least 30 minutes to be picked up, no one came. There is no telephone number to contact the office to say you are waiting to be picked up.

The car park is located adjacent to the airport, just off the main road. It is a couple of minutes by courtesy coach to the terminal. It is a professional operation, the drop off and collection was easy. I felt comfortable leaving the car there.

Make it clear on the return journey which park we are going to be taken to. There was some confusion as to which car park our car was situated at. Make that clear on the outbound journey then 5 stars would be given. Thank you

We have used this service many times but have lately found that it is taking longer to be picked up at the airport. Perhaps a bigger bus, or more of them might solve this problem. Otherwise I cannot fault the service, the car is always ready and waiting on our return to the car park and all the staff are very pleasant, even at 3 o'clock in the morning!

Hi, when it says no amendments does that apply just to date changes? What if flight is delayed on way back? Thanksyou cannot amend the dates or times, the only thing you can change is the vehicle details
