On arrival at park & fly attendant could not find our booking, he had to use several different search options eventually thankfully finding the booking, although he did apologise we felt this was not really acceptable. When we returned to collect our car at the end of our holiday, we waited at the appropriate pickup point, we had been told no need to phone as park & fly would have our flight details and would be aware of us arriving back, however despite waiting 15mins and 2phone calls it is obvious this procedure is not working. Once driver collected us and other unhappy clients we were taken to collect our cars but nobody was available to release our car keys. A bit of a disappointing mess up really. I have used your service in the past but doubtful we will use again.
