We left for 3 full days. When we arrived back in Stansted their pick up driver were already waiting for us. 5-minute drive back to their car park and our car were waiting in the front, clean and safe as we left it. Good customer service, polite and smiley. Would use again.

Great service and takes the stress of how to get to the airport. Besides the greeting when you return for your car, the minibus to collect you is perfect to take the stress out of a tiring holiday. Everyone v friendly and happy to help.

The whole journey from booking to actually arriving was very well communicated. The booking process was simple and quick not to mention extremely good value. The instructions provided at the time of booking which informs you of each step of the way we're brilliant. On arrival we found a parking space easily, the reception was friendly and informative as well as efficient. The bus driver was lovely both ways and we would definitely use this service again, so have no hesitation in recommending them to other travellers. Just one little tip, there are no toilet facilities at the car park so I would suggest a toilet break before you arrive, or to nip into the McDonalds on the same roundabout if you have had a long journey. It does only take five minutes to get to Stanstead airport anyway so it's not a criticism.

The parking area was full of potholes and muddy, shoes and luggage suffered; it does not compare favourably with the parking areas we have used at Gatwick and Southend which were tarmacadamed. The service to and from the airport was efficient, and this was its saving grace.

Upon picking car up there is barely any lighting in the car park and they weren't sure where our car was, car park had large puddles and as we had small children with us it was not ideal. We had to hunt for our car there are no walking areas.

£40 from Monday -Sat. Fast and efficient service which is in very close proximity to airport, 4-5 minutes. Friendly and helpful driver took me back to car park when I left my mobile in office. On my return the same driver was dropping me off and picked me up from outside the airport before I even had time to ring through. Fantastic level of customer service, much appreciated. I will definitely use service again.

Easy enough to find (don't know why some reviewers claim to have struggled) even at 3:00 a.m.. Staff were helpful, vehicles clean and waiting times just a handful of minutes. Car was parked close to the office and was just as I had left it. Only minor gripe is that we are instructed to gather at the two flagpoles in section C for for pickup by the minibus to be returned to the car park. In the dark it is difficult to see the flag poles, but once you do find them it is reassuring.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
