I've used ILP&R before and been very happy. Not QUITE so happy this time. Probably not his fault but the driver had terrible trouble getting through the Stansted barriers on our return and then, as I drove off, I realised that a bluetooth device I had stuck to my steering wheel had been knocked off. I would have minded less if I'd been told about it beforehand. However, previous experiences were excellent so will still be happy to use in future.

The car park was easy to find and the staff were very helpful. We had to pay an additional fee for transfer to the terminal but this did give us a mini bus to ourselves, which was better than a bus full of people. When we returned it was a simple phone call to the office and the van collected us. Very smooth process.

Friendly and nearby so short transfer. Leave a bit of spare time on arriving though as the transfer may not be immediate (we waited 15 minutes). Good value too

All went well with parking and both transfers. Just one comment the site could do with some potholes filling in and the area for getting on and off the minibus was very wet and muddy.

Great service, location and speed. Cash fees for transfers needs to be added onto over all total and clear upfront - not a nice surprise at 4.30 AM (as lets face it no one reads the T&Cs for such purchases. Great experience other than that.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
