What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors

What security measures does the car park have?

We have 24 hour security including security fencing and gates and lighting and Park Mark.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

No height restriction You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

I've used this car park twice now and am quite pleased with their service and they are the cheapest around(that I could find). This time we had to wait a little bit long to be collected at the airport and then again inside the shuttle bus, but would still recommend and would use again.

Arrived at car park and were taken to airport by minibus within a few minutes. We rang for collection as instructed and minibus picked us up within minutes of us arriving at pick up point. Our car was ready and waiting for us. Overall we couldn’t fault the service they provided and would definitely use again and recommend to other travelers

The usual good value for this car park. A bit disappointed to have had to wait 15 minutes for a bus to pick us up on return, and irritated that their driver had re-set my radio. Otherwise all fine

Pros: Would have been 5* because: Easy to book online, good price, friendly efficient staff at reception on way out & return, shuttle minibus arrived within 1-2 minutes both ways. Small car park so was easy to find car on return. Would recommend. Cons: But -1* because: SatNavs do not seem to take you straight there. Our took us to Holiday Inn Hotel first, but then we found it I way out. Unfortunately it took our friends to APH mid stay carpark the other side of the roundabout & as they didn't realise they were in the wrong carpark they will have to pay APH too upon leaving!

So efficient, and very friendly drivers, and office staff. We were delayed six hours, thanks Ryanair, and they collected us within five minutes from the freezing cold at 1am, we were the only travellers. Excellent service.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.

Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .


Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur. Emergency number - the number on your confirmation
