Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.What is the pick-up procedure?
Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doorsWhat security measures does the car park have?

Can't believe how easy it all was! Best price we could find and I think actually better than meet and greet. Drop off was easy and literally a 2 minute ride to departures in their transport. On way back was met within 10 minutes of calling them and on the road in our car about 10 minutes later. Polite staff and easy like it should be.

Great service, very close to the airport (3 min transfer) - my only concern is that its a one man band, and may be a bit under staffed. Also the phone number to call the guy was out of order and after 20 minutes I had gotten through on an emergency number. I hope this has been fixed.

Excellent service, very quick and convenient. On return, car was dropped off at airport as the coach driver was off-sick. We were even given change for the parking barrier which was very useful as we didnot have any coins with us. Would highly recommend and use again.

Everything was excellent - there was transport ready and waiting when we arrived at the car park and we were dropped at Stansted in plenty of time. The return journey was fine - we called, the transport arrived and our car was ready and waiting - all for an incredibly reasonable price. This is one service we'll definitely use the next time we need to leave our car at the airport.

what a fantastic sevice your company provides thank you so much. we were delayed coming home and we arrived into the uk after midnight when we called the number provide the lady on the line saud that they would bring our cars to us within 10 mins and you did when we should have been collecting them from the carpark itself then we were givin the 2 pounds to get out of the gate from the airport. amasing service would recommend anyone to use your service thank you again.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
