What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors

What security measures does the car park have?

We have 24 hour security including security fencing and gates and lighting and Park Mark.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

No height restriction You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

Though overall the service has been OK but a couple of points below. 1) The staff turned on the air-conditioning in the car just for the duration of parking the vehicle and did not even turn it back off, I would like the car as I left it when I collect it back. 2) The car park ground is muddy and the staff soiled the carpet below the driver's seat with all the mud.

very polite and very helpful, good communication, just feel may be more staff instead of one driver doing the key return and collecting customers/passengers and answering the phone while driving. the other member of staff having difficulties removing the vehicle, but very polite driver. would recommend as very short distance from the airport

Excellent, efficient service. When we got back at midnight the car was waiting - engine running, lights and heater on and boot open ready for luggage with staff helpful and courteous. Just what was needed!

Booked this because of the reviews and the price. Does exactly "as it says on the tin", smooth drop off and only 5 minute wait to be picked up once we'd landed and rang to say we were there. Would use again assuming they remain competitively priced.

Excellent service. Car all ready and waiting, lights on, boot open for luggage. I was told that the battery had gone flat but they put it on charge for me. Something that would have delayed me getting home and at 12.45 am was a relief that I didn't have that problem. Situated very close to Stansted.

Excellent service, no waiting around, immediate 5 minute transfer to airport and immediate pick up. Very friendly polish driver. Even though we had a flight delay of over 5 hours they did not charge us for an extra day. Fully recommend.

Hard to find as it is just a plot of land, but once you find holiday Inn it is fine. Love how it is right next to a McDonalds Ride service is very efficient, did not have to wait long and the pick up area is very easy to find.

the first time I have used I love park & ride and I found it a very relaxing experience. I stayed at holiday inn express hotel which charged £ 3.00 per adult for transfer to the airport terminal, were as your transfer was included in the price with I love park & ride as just a few minute's walk from the hotel to the car park ,the staff were very friendly and helpful and made you feel at ease a big thank you to Teresa

Booking, Direction, checking in and transfer to airport was fine and dealt in a professional manner. Return instruction at Stanstead were confusing - written and verbal instructions did not match. This resulted in number of phone calls and delay to transfer from airport to car. However once picked up the driver was very polite and apologised for confusion. I would use you service again.

I don't normally write reviews but the service I received from FHR was exceptional. From the minute I called on arrival to the car park to the minute I returned from my holiday and the transport service from Stansted airport to the car park to collect my car was perfect. If I fly from Stansted again I will defianately park my car at FHR again. I would like to personally thank all of the staff connected in the parking and collection of my car as the service was exceptional. Thanks Martin

Directions for I Love Park & Ride - Stansted

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.

Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .


Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
