Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.What is the pick-up procedure?
Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doorsWhat security measures does the car park have?

Very pleased : near the airport , friendly and efficient staff , quick transfer , good price ! The only problem is finding the place . better signs are needed as Sat Naf wanted to take me back out onto motorway and turn off from there. Could have been a costly mistake! X

We were pleased with the service overall apart from the fact that the seatbelts in the Kombi used to go to the Airport didnt appear to operate and the Driver didnt make any point about having to use them! The "Pick-up" was excellent and the Driver ensured that we used the Seatbelts! Can we suggest that "I Love Park & Ride" introduce a flag and fly it above their office to make it eaqsier to locate the site! ( Good advertising as well !)

One of the best parking services we've used at Stansted in the 10 years we have been flying from there. Very efficient service, friendly staff, conveniently located and no charge for the shuttle bus (which the parking company we used to use has introduced). They will be our first choice for Stansted parking from now on.

Really easy and close to the airport. Was quick when we arrived and went smoothly. When arriving back i struggled to call the number to arrange the pick up from the airport back to the carpark. Once i got through to someone it was all sorted. Again quick when collecting the car.

Prompt friendly service conveniently close to Stansted airport - a 5 minute transfer. Our evening return flight (Ryanair - Ugh!) from Jerez was 1 and a half hours late getting in and there were about a thousand folks queuing at Passport Control (as usual at 1am). The phone at I Love Park & Ride was answered immediately and a very pleasant chap picked us up right alongside the terminal in a smart new van and delivered us to my car in no time. He and his colleague then helped us load the cases and wished us well. I'm looking forward to using them again.

We have previously used other independent airport parking when using Stansted but on this occasion tried 'I Love Park & Ride'. We found it to be super efficient and could not fault it. The price was the cheapest available and we only had to wait two minutes for the transfer bus to collect us. No brainer really.

The service was excellent. We were dropped off minutes after phoning, both on arrival and departure. The driver was very helpful to us both with our luggage and our cars. I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
