What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors

What security measures does the car park have?

We have 24 hour security including security fencing and gates and lighting and Park Mark.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

No height restriction You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

The service was faultless they were quick to check me in and drive me to the airport. Then on return just a quick phone call to them and they picked us up in minutes. Will be using again!

Very good. Dropped off promptly and collected as arranged. our flight times changed both going out coming home (by 6 hours!) - no extra charges accrued and a friendly service both ways. Would definitely use again.

I used this service about 4 weeks ago and was very impressed then, so when the need arose to book parking at Stansted once more I had no worries about booking I Love Park and Ride again. And I wasn't disappointed. The service was friendly, helpful, speedy, both on departure and arrival and will definitely be using it again.

Excellent service. Guys who greeted us and took us to the airport were very friendly. They collected us in just 5 mins of coming through the terminal and calling them, they had my car out the front ready to go. Will definatly use this car park again.

Just round the corner from the airport. I cant imagine another off airport carpark being any closer. The guys on duty were excellent, very professional & courteous. On return, my car was parked right near the entrance & ready to go.

This service was very poor. They kept us waiting twenty minutes before they picked us up. They told us they would be 10 minutes. They advertise themselves as 5 minutes away from the airport and they say they have a shuttle service every 10 minutes. They were not apologetic about the delay and so this seemed like they waited for more people to arrive before they picked us up so they only had to do one run. On a positive note we may have just been unlucky, though we will not use the service again.

it was brilliant. Parked the car within 10 mins we were on the mini bus at the airport terminal. When we arrived back the mini bus was there within minutes. Will use them again.

A much smaller operation than others that I have used but I view this as a good thing. People ready to great you upon arrival and no waiting around for other people for drop off / collection. You just have to give them 5-10 minutes notice and they'll be ready and waiting. Only a few minutes from drop off point c as well.

No problems with drop off, except it isn't terribly clear where you are meant to park up (very close to the portakabin office), signage here could be improved On return, waited 13 minutes after calling for the pick-up minibus to arrive. This is not bad, but it's not quite 5 star service either. As there is no shelter in the pick-up area, it was fortunate that it was a dry night. I think you could perhaps be asked to wait inside the terminal building opposite the pick off point till they arrive, which you would be able to see. The car was waiting to be driven away near the gates of the compound, and the keys were handed to me, so that worked well. Drivers were polite. I would use again.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.

Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .


Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
