All ok until we are told we have to pay a £3.00 transfer fee "in cash, no cards accepted" which we find very strange..!!!.. Nothing was mentioned about this charge when booking online and we have never had to pay it in the past either. Funny how a good thing always has a little sting isnt it.??..

I dropped my car and keys off at reception and went into the minivan which took us to the airport in 5 minutes. We had to pay the £3 airport pickup/drop off fee. This was quick and easy. However when returning, I cleared customs and called them up. We then went to Zone C which we would expect to be picked up. We waited for over 30 minutes before they turned up to pick us up and another family who turned up seconds before. I would say that the service is good and easy to use however the lateness of the return pick up is a little disappointing. I will still recommend this service to people who has children, elderly or have lots of luggage as the van comes to pick you up at the airport, otherwise the other car parks are just as effective.

as you know I have used this car park often, and i find that when you call to be picked up, and not chatching one waiting, the waiting time is between 15 and 20 minutes, maple has a better record, last night there were two maple pick ups, before we were picked up waiting 20 min. depending on the price, i will choose maple

10 mins to be picked up very good Sitting on minibus for half hour waiting to pick up another driver ,not so good Then get driven back to the depot in about 45 seconds with Stirling moss,scream if you want to go faster.

Disappointed with the service provided on the outbound journey - only one 8 seater minibus provided to ferry all passengers to the terminal. Result - many passengers had to wait 15/20 minutes for the bus to return for them - by which time there were more even more passengers waiting. No queuing system so some passengers were left behind who should have got on the minibus before passengers who did! Return pickup much better - minibus waiting for us when we arrived at airport and car ready in the car park.

Good experience, easy to find the the car park, very welcoming and polite staff. On demand drop-off by mini-bus worked well and only a couple of minutes from the car park to the terminal. The car park surface is gravel, so dragging bags is a little tricky and the car was dusty as a result. Apart from that excellent value and I'm sure I'll use again.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
