Quite proximate to the airport Seemed a little difficult to find and quite tight to get parked up Transfer bus was ready as soon as I dropped keys off and I had a friendly fast transfer Same on way back All in all a perfectly good service at a great price My car had been driven 6 miles so clearly cars are stored elsewhere but was otherwise as I left it

I would highly recommend this service. It was run quickly and efficiently and all in all i think it took me about 10 mins to drop off my car and arrive at the airport for my flight, as was it on the return journey.

One of the best car parks @ Stansted Airport. Positioned a short distance from the Terminal. The car park has a security gate. The transfers were quick & efficient The only downside is that the car park surface is rough and needs resurfacing.

Arrived for departure on snowy morning at 4.45, to leave car in narrow (slippery!) check in lane, Staff helpful and prompt in taking us to airport, despite having to store several extra vehicles, as owners had not returned due to snow having cancelled many flights. Prompt collection on return, following phone call to depot after clearing customs. Would fully recommend.

When arriving at Stansted we had no problems at all, unfortunately when arriving back at Stansted it was not so easy, we rang to be picked up and noticed that one of the mini buses was just leaving the airport, we were told to walk to where we would be picked up it was pouring so we got rather wet, it might be better to be told to wait opposite under cover and wait till bus turns up. We sat in the mini bus waiting for someone else to be picked up, lack of communication as the bus we watched drive off should have waited for us. Staff were not as friendly as when we first arrived at the car park to drop our car off, our car was pointed out to us I waited under cover for my husband to bring car round, not much lighting to see the puddles and muddy area.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
