Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doorsWhat security measures does the car park have?

Cannot fault your service which is excellent. the only problem I had was trying to find you, as it was a very insignificant gate to find and unless someone is at the gate it looks like it's closed. Not enough signs outside but the service provided did make up for all this. So easy to telephone on my return and taxi bus arrived immediately. Thanks for this excellent service.

So simple, drive in, drop off key, and get on mini bus to airport. Everything worked smoothly, staff are friendly, and site is located just 5 min from departures.

Would definitely recommend and use again. Transfer time was almost immediate after handing in our car keys and pick up was within 10 mins of calling them. Drivers there and back chatty, cheerful and professional. Very easy to find and very close to the airport. Transfer time about 5 mins.

From start to finish could not have been easier. Just book, turn up whatever time day or night, get transported to the airport, get collected promptly on return, collect car and off you go. Quick, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. Have used them before and will be using them again in a few months time.

Drop off point easy to find, the lady in the office was happy and cheerful, we was taken straight away by minibus to the airport which is close by. On return once we had our cases a quick phone call and in 5 mins the minibus turned up at the collection point, again the office staff was very good collected the keys and the car was ready and waiting, Overall a good experience and fantastic service.

Booked with a week or so to spare. It was one of the cheapest parking spaces. I admit I didn't read any reviews just saw the price and booked. However this has been the best car parking experience I've ever had. You are driven in a mini bus to the terminal which is only several minutes away. They collect you also. Excellent and will use again.

Hi The service we received from I Love Park & Ride was excellent, our plane was delayed by 4.5 hours. I phoned to inform them they were nothing but helpful and polite and told me not to worry that just to ring them when we landed and they would take care of everything. I was charged no extra for this this is excellent service and in today world very rare. I would like to thank them and there staff who are a credit to their employers

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
