The small reason why I didn't give 5 star because when I get there the between the gate where I have to park my car was really narrow 😯 and I scratch my car a bit 😯 but other than I was satisfied to park there and I will use you again Thank you

Excellent service provided from arrival - easy pick up too. Would prefer it if drivers wore seat belts - and asked passengers to do the same - however safe they are at driving.

Great site to book for parking. We chose I Love Meet and Greet and had a fantastic experience. Website directions were clear and I used Google Maps Street View to verify exactly where the turn off will be and made it there with no problems. On-site attendants were efficient and van drivers were friendly. No problem with our car. Would use again!

The car parking was easy to book and the location easy to find. The staff at the location were courteous and efficient and the shuttle service excellent. I had need to amend my original booking and was able to that easily and quickly with BookingFHR. I received a confirmation email and was later impressed when a young lady phoned to confirm whether I had received the amendment confirmation since my email address had appeared to reject said confirmation. Your young lady was pleased to be able check that your files were indeed correct.

Very happy with service and friendly staff. Staff picked me up from car park and dropped me off back after my holiday. I had many bags and suitcases and 2 pushchairs and staff happily loaded for me into the dropp off van. Gated and fenced off car park area :)

Quick and efficient service as described. Location only 5 minutes from the airport. We had a 1 hour delay for our return flight but this did not impact on our fast collection, waiting no more than 5 minutes before being taken back to our vehicle. Would definitely use again.

We will definitely use this service and this company again, couldn't fault it, everything from arriving at 6am and registering our car, to getting to the airport about 20 minutes later, to being collected from the terminal and picking up our car upon our return, was quick and painless and made our whole trip that much more enjoyable, many thanks!

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .
Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
