What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors

What security measures does the car park have?

We have 24 hour security including security fencing and gates and lighting and Park Mark.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

No height restriction You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

The whole service is quick and simple. all the staff we met were friendly and helpful, helping with luggage and just friendly in general. Car was in the same condition we left it in, and had only 1 mile added to mileage. Perfect! Would use again and recommend.

Not the easiest place to find in the dark at 5.00am, but otherwise no problem. The site is less than 5 minutes from the terminal and we didn't have to wait long to be dropped off or picked up.

When phoning to say we had our cases I was told to proceed to pick up point and the bus would be five mins, I arrived to find that the bus was there but fully occupied. Had to then wait a further 15mins for another bus to pick us up whilst it was raining. When we arrived at the car park our car was not in the pickup area, even though I had given the car registration when I was phoning to let them know we had our cases and was proceeding to pick up point. This was a frustrating end to our holiday.

Great customer service, arrived at 0500 the chap on the desk was very helpful and diligent, drive to the airport was a matter of minutes, great peace of mind knowing that the car was secure and that I did not have to worry about losing my car keys whilst away, the only negative thing I could say would be the lack of signage to guide you to the entrance of the parking, I drove into the travel lodge car park and around before I realised the gate on my left was the entrance, there are 2 no entry signs that are off putting, but other than that would certainly use this service again and recommend them to others.

We found the on-site personnel very polite and helpful. The drivers who dropped us off and picked us up at the airport were also polite and friendly. Booking the car parking on-line was straight forward with the price being the cheapest we could find (which also included the airport drop off and pick up service), which does make a difference when a number of people are travelling especially with the car park being so close to the terminal. Also, although not used this time, we found being able to book more than one car at a time very helpful.

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.

Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .


Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
