What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive to our car park and catch our transfer bus to the terminal. On your return you will be collected and returned to our car park 1.5 miles from the terminal. You will be required to leave your keys. Cars maybe moved between our 3 car parks.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Return instructions will be provided to you at the car park office when you check in. Our meet point is Zone C on the terminal forecourt which is on the same level as departures and arrivals outside the terminal doors

What security measures does the car park have?

We have 24 hour security including security fencing and gates and lighting and Park Mark.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

No height restriction You are required to leave your keys and your car may be moved and stored in one of our Park Mark car parks, all located within the airport boundary.

My booking was straightforward and effective. Despite being held up in a one hour queue on the M11 following an accident, we were welcomed. It took minutes to be taken to the departures building. On our return we bumped into the driver before having made our phone all but he happily loaded us into the minibus. I was very happy with the service and will use them again.

This was by far the easiest airport parking I've ever used. The staff were all really friendly. The transfers were so quick and the price was reasonable...not the cheapest I found, but compared favourably to others operators. I will use this company again and will also recommend to others.

We have used many car parking arrangements at Stansted over the years but this is teh first time we have used this one and we were very impressed. The directions were easy, the staff very friendly and efficient and the transfer quick. We will definitely use you again- if the price is right!

Parking was easy to find, staff extremely helpful, very quick service, distance to actual terminal was fantastically short, collection upon return fast and efficient. There are only 2 things which stop me giving it a 5 star rating, these are the fact I took a clean car in and on collection it was covered all over in grimy dust, the other thing is there being no toilet facilities which worked on site.

I found this car park one of the quickest & most efficient service I have used, I park my car regular when going on holiday as we all want nothing more to jump in a car & just get home after a holiday...I don't feel it is necessary to do the meet and greet service option as the Mini bus takes you straight off to the airport & picks you up straight away as you are coming through at the terminal C with your car waiting at the exit upon arrival back to the car park! The first driver was very pleasant & a pleasure to talk, But the second gentleman spoke little English & we found him quite rude. This is the first time we used this service if I am honest it was the cheapest option on booking. I would recommend this better than you parking your car & jumping on the airport bus as it is more reliable. I had my reservations first of all due to the fact it wasn't left on airport ground but this was effortless & good value for money.

Amazing service! So effortless and extremely efficient by welcoming and professional people. Location is excellent as so close to the airport. Handover on arrival was seamless and our return just the same! Totally recommend to everyone travelling from Stansted. I shall definitely book again and will tell all my friends to do the same!

I Love Park and ride is located within the airport boundary at Stansted, just over a mile from the terminal. On demand transfers to and from the terminal, ensuring a quick and convenient way to park at Stansted. This service is available 24/7.

Outbound instructions:
Follow signs from the motorway towards the mid-stay car park, using post code CM24 1PY in your Sat Nav. I Love Park and Ride is located on the opposite side of the roundabout to the airport's Mid Stay car park opposite MacDonalds, adjacent to Holiday Inn and before the BP garage. Turn in to the Holiday Inn entrance and then immediately on the right hand side is the entrance to our car park. Please park in a customer parking space on the right hand side. Please go to Reception to check- in, before unloading your bags. The car park address is I Love Park and Ride, Southgate, Stansted Airport, CM24 1PY. Park and ride contact number the number on your confirmation (option1) to contact the drivers should you need help with directions, emergency number the number on your confirmation .


Return instructions
Please ensure you collect all your luggage and clear customs before calling the number on your confirmation (option1) to be collected. Make your way to the forecourt, just outside the terminal doors and wait in Zone C by the flag poles. Please remain on the same level as departures. We are unable to wait for more than 5 minutes so it is therefore essential you are ready to be collected otherwise you may be liable for any excess fees we incur.
