actual parking went very well but after arriving back at Stanstead at 0300 the wait for a shuttle bus was unsatisfactory over 40 mins. The weather was warm but if it had been raining or cold it would have been terrible. Doug Miller

Surprisingly good for the money. I was a bit dubious as there was a few poor reviews. Fortunately for us, I worked a dream & whilst we were in one of the furthest car parks from the airport, we were in the terminal building within 15 minutes of parking. And the same on the way back. Got a little disorientated on return as the bus takes a different route to the car, just listen to the bus driver & take note of the bus stop when you leave the car.

Wait time for a bus to the airport on Saturday 3 June was totally unsatisfactory. We had to wait approximately 45 minutes for a bus and the delay was compounded by the number of additional stops before getting to the terminal. There was no apology for the delay and no attempt to communicate and update waiting customers It was a rush to complete check in, clear customs and get to our gate where people were about to board our flight. Such a disappointing start to our holiday.

Had problems at the entrance, the gates didn't let me in automatically, finally got a ticket using button assistance. on the way out received a bill for prepaid parking. Call the assistant, all sorted. But stressful for holiday time.

When we arrived at the car park we were not allowed entry. We called for assistance and gave all the details from our confirmation of payment documentation but we were told there was no record of our booking. The guy on the intercom said they had had issues with FHR before. He said he'd let us through and hopefully by the end of our holiday the issue would be retified. It was because we gave our name and registration a week later and were allowed out.

Got off at stansted airport waited nearly 50!mins for the bus, even though it said on the sign post every 15 minutes, tried phoning the numbers on the reservation letter but to no avail….

Was held up at passport control as large queue's due to few flights in at once an as result was half hour late getting to jet parks was gutted to find had pay another 21 pound as a result which is lot of money for half hour over time at 2.30 in morning a refund would be nice of at least half back other than that fine parking an has always been fine all the other times parked there many thanks richard

I have used Jetparks on many occasions, however when we arrived on Saturday 17th September we had to wait 40 minutes for the bus to take us to the terminal, the queues at the bus stops were getting so long that not everyone was able to fit on the bus when it did arrive. Some customers were concerned about missing their flights. Our driver explained that Jetparks were very short of drivers due to some being laid off during Covid - he was brilliant in attempting to squeeze on as many passengers as possible, he apologised on behalf of the company and kept us entertained on the journey to the terminal building. Usually this would be a 5 star rating but a 40 minute wait when it should be 15 at most is just not acceptable

Park is easy to find and there were plenty of spaces. That’s where the good bit stops. The transport is awful. Signs say busses every 15 minutes. We waited for 35 minutes when we dropped off and 25 minutes when we returned. There were massive queues and not everyone as able to get on the bus. The busses for Long Stay & Jetparks have combined so the uncomfortable journey is longer and if you have booked Jetparks then you are the last to get off. I will never use Jetparks again.

Unlike previous airport car parking lots which we have used at admittedly smaller airports than Stansted, this was really large and we didn't particularly like waiting for the full size bus/coach transfer. These did run every 15 minutes but the parking seemed a long way out. Most importantly we felt the car was safe.

Directions for Jetparks
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Important information
The car park has requested that you please print your confirmation email and take it with you when you travel. Please allow 35 minutes on top of your check-in time to arrive at the car park and make the transfer to the terminal.
From London:
If you're travelling from London exit the M11 at J8a, take the left hand lane and follow the filter left. Then follow directions below:
Go straight ahead at the next roundabout, passing the Novotel hotel on your left.
At the next roundabout go straight on, passing the entrance to the official Long Stay car park.
At the next roundabout follow signs LEFT for entrance to JetParks.
From Cambridge:
If you're travelling from Cambridge take the first exit at the roundabout. Then follow the directions below:
At the next roundabout take the second exit, signposted Long Stay car park.
At the next roundabout go straight on passing the entrance to the official Long Stay car park.
At the next roundabout follow signs LEFT for entrance to JetParks.
Arrivals Procedure:
This car park operates an Automatic Number Plate Recognition System (ANPR) so the barrier should rise for you upon arrival. If not please press the call button for assistance. DO NOT insert your Credit Card, you may be charged again. Once you have parked your vehicle in an open zone, board a courtesy bus which will drop you in front of the terminal building. Please ensure that the bus you board is going to the correct zone.
If you travel out of hours between 10pm and 4am you will need to transfer with the Long Stay Car Park. Press the intercom button at the transfer stop and tell the operator you need a transfer from JetParks.
Return Procedure:
When you arrive back from your trip, follow in-terminal signs for 'Buses to JetParks and Long Stay'. Courtesy buses are located at the JetParks and Long Stay parking bus stops in front of the terminal. Once you've returned to your vehicle, drive up to the exit barrier. Either the barrier will raise or if you were issued with a ticket, insert your ticket. If you have pre-booked DO NOT insert Credit Card at the barrier as you may be charged again. The barrier will open for you to exit. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance.
If you are travelling out of hours between 10pm and 4am you will need to transfer with the Long Stay Car park, Follow signs for the Long Stay Car park transfer stop and get the Long Stay transfer bus. tell the driver you have parked at Jetparks and they will drop you back.

At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Stanted Airport's standard tariff - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
