Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.What is the pick-up procedure?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. Generally good all round service, 5 min wait for mini bus to terminal going out, mini bus waiting for us when we arrived at designated collection point, only downside car park needs a little attention, too many holes and puddles, as someone with mobility problems this was a little difficult for me.

Reasonably slick but need to allow time in case you have to wait 10 minutes or so for the van to take you to the terminal. On return to my car, you are supposed to wait by the flags in Zone C. However, as you come out of the terminal there is an area labelled Zone C which is a drop of point and not a pick up point. The pick up point is the other side of the barrier and further down. Otherwise pretty good.

Excellent parking service. Quick and reliable transfer to the airport. Efficient from booking to pick up. We had never flown from Stansted before and were a little nervous but were really impressed with all aspects of the parking. Location is easy to get to using the directions supplied. I would recommend this service to anyone thinking of flying from Stansted.

Not the best. I loaded the luggage on myself and unloaded all off myself on return. You get shown the minibus then the driver does a vanishing act. Car filthy on return. i do not understand why these outfits dont give the cars a wash prior on return. The staff do nothing all day anyway. Theres quite a few potholes inside the entrance to carpark. Watch those low profile tyres/alloys. Mcdonalds just outside carpark but nightmare to find a parking space, so use drivethrough. Taxidrivers use it, waiting on calls. Not for this parks reason, we wont be using this car park again, more for reason that stanstead airport is a budget setup and wont be putting myself or family through that dis-organised mess of delays again.

Not too hard to find. Site a bit dusty (during heat wave), b ut checked in quickly and no wait for short trip to terminal. On return the minibus arrived within 5 minutes of our call and the car was ready, if a bit dusty. Apart from being turned around I don't think the car was driven at all. Friendly and quick service. Recommended.

We had initially booked with another nearby carpark but a few days before flying out I got a phonecall to say that carpark was full. The agent suggested that they move us to another carpark that was close to the origial one. The carpark itself was ok althoufh a bit run down but the transfer was ready as soon as we got there. In our return the transfer was there and although the minivan was a bit rundown, the process of getting our car back was straightforward.

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park
Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.
On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.
Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.
As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:
After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.
