Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.What is the pick-up procedure?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. Although had to stand outside in the chilled carpark area, the wait was not too long. Receptionist, (female) was pleasant and polite as was the driver who delivered us to the terminal. Return leg was a peice of cake, one call, the mini bus collected me within 4 mins and my car was ready and waiting, no scratches, same amount of uel as when I left it and n miles 'clocked up' So much better than others such as Mid Stay and at £15 less, worth it!

Convenient, cheap and did the job but drivers were grumpy, office men were grumpy and glad we only took my husband's old work car as it was just us two travelling, of we had our family car I would have been annoyed as it's all gravel and puddles! Very dirty

I parked my car and was quickly taken to the airport by their shuttle. When we returned I called and the shuttle came to pick us up in less than 5 minutes. Our car was ready and we were on the road so quickly. Much easier than parking, dragging everything from the parking garage, and then reversing the process - as well as remembering where you parked - on the return. Excellent company.

Couldn't have been better. :) On departure: Easy to find, simple process, approx 10 min wait for shuttle, 3 min journey to terminal. On arrival: Phone answered promptly, gave customer number, told pick up location, minibus waiting, waited 5 mins for another traveller, 3 min journey, key pick up quick and efficient, car in correct location, with no issues. What's not to like?!

It looks dodgy on appearance but it's actually a very good service . It was easy to find. They was friendly and efficient and dropped me at the airport immediately. Coming back was just as efficient I waited about 30 seconds to be picked up . I only parked for one night and still thought £32 was alot of money but it was the cheapest one I could find and would definitely use again. I also booked it the night before and there was no problems what so ever .

Perfectly ok but not what I’d call a service with smiles. Very quick transfer each time but no help with luggage and no conversation or smiles. Inside of van was dirty and seat belts worked but casings broken. Overall perfectly adequate but the niceties were missing.

Very efficient drop off and pick up service. However, we would have appreciated some assistance with putting cases in the minibus as this is not the easiest thing to do when travelling as a party of 8 that has lots of luggage.

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park
Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.
On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.
Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.
As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:
After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.
