Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.What is the pick-up procedure?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. The reception we received form the women on the day of drop of could have been taken as being rude, very abrupt! However the gentleman that gave us a lift was more approachable. The vehicle we were transported in to the airport looked like it had been used to ferry animals to the market. It was just missing a Goat in the back seat. Very dirty and off putting.Not what we wanted to sit in.

Easy, convenient location. Straightforward and fast arrival/return procedures. A very short mini-bus transfer, virtually instantaneously on demand.. The arrival/return parking area had a poor, loose and uneven surface. Following recent rains, care was needed walking around puddles to/from the office.

my review would be more positive as the parking was fantastic,drop off perfect, pick up not to great, the driver to who ive complained to,was rude,he had 2 seats left in his mini-bus, we had a party of 4 and one was a child, he said you can wait as the other pick up bus is on its way,so we said no problem,he then proceed to squeeze 4 people into 2 seats,to which we complained he started to drive off and shouted out sorry........illegal is what he did, he is in a position to follow guidelines to transport passengers and he clearly does not care, rude and should be given a written warning for his dangerous behaviour.sorry to the rest of Maple Manor,even when i complained back at Maple Manor this driver was still rude and just said to me,you can complain ill just look for another job..... his actions where illegal

Smooth quick drop off and 4 minute transfer to close by STANSTEAD departures. Bit slow (15 minutes) in pick up to take you back to their car park (8-12 minutes due to one way system/traffic). Very good value for money (cheapest we found) and very very close to airport.

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park
Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.
On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.
Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.
As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:
After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.
