Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.What is the pick-up procedure?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. First time using Maple Manor but would definitely use again. Easy to find, very quick check in, no wait for the short shuttle bus ride to the terminal. On return, followed the instructions to call once luggage was collected. Was told the bus would be 15 mins so advised to wait in the terminal rather than out in the cold. The shuttle arrived 15mins later, almost directly opposite the main terminal entrance. Car was ready to collect on arrival back at Maple Manor. Good value for money if you are happy to use a parking service that requires you to leave your car keys with them.

The service was pretty good but I was very disappointed on my return when the driver came to pick us up he did not have a list of who was in what order when the bus arrived every body was pushing and shoving to get on leaving people who were first in line behind this needs improvement I probably would again.

Good service and easy to use. I've used it a few times now (when prices are cheaper than the nearby parking facilities). The main negative point is that they don't have any kind of "reward programme" with potential discounts for frequent customers.

The office is not very customer friendly and is very chaotic when trying to leave your vehicle. I expect the same can be said for collections too but as it was almost 11pm it was very quiet so can't really comment on this aspect. The drivers are not friendly and don't assist with putting cases into the transfer vehicle. I have put that I wouldn't use Maple Manor, at Stansted, again but circumstances could mean there is no alternative.

On our return on 10th December early evening we accepted there would be delays due to bad weather. We phoned to say we had collected our baggage and proceeded to wait by the flags as usual. The driver parked on the other side of the road and ourselves along with another couple crossed over the road only to find that we were more or less pushed out of the way by other people who had just walked out of the airport. We, along with the other couple had waited almost an hour and then had to wait for the next mini bus. It seems a very unfair system and surely you should be able to list the names who need collecting as they phone in to prevent this happening. Although we have always been happy with Maple Manors service for many years, we are now questioning if we use Maple Manor again.

Very good service, only negative was finding the car park instructions say sat nav address takes you direct to the car park however initially took us to anitter car park close by. However once in correct place cannot adult efficiency and service of staff

A good car park, 3 mins from the terminal. They immediately came and picked us up after we telephoned. It was muddy underfoot from the recent snow. For some using the sat nav doesn't work when within 1/2 mile. However, the directions supplied are more than adequate.

arrived at 4am - met by happy friendly staff - transferred to airport immediately. On return, rang for pick up - friendly chap picked us up in 5 minutes. Couldn't have been easier. Very short transfer to airport too. Excellent.

Overall, great service but we had a few problems on our return to Stansted due to the snow. We waited an hour for the bus to take us to the car park. This was due to the volume of traffic coming in to Stansted because of cancelled flights.

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park
Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.
On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.
Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.
As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:
After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.

Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made. Minibuses / vehicles with more than 8 passenger seats cannot be accepted for Meet & Greet services.
