Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please drive and park in one of the bays located on the left hand side next to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip. Free transfer every 20 minutes for up to 4 passengers (£5 return for any additional pax). Vehicle Restrictions: Parking is for cars only and cars must fit in to a standard sized parking space (2.4m wide x 4.8m long). Extra charges will apply for cars that do not fit in to a standard parking space and must be arranged with Maple prior to the drop off date. Very large vehicles and minibuses may be refused if prior arrangements are not made.What is the pick-up procedure?

Illegal Vehicles: It's your responsibility to make sure that your vehicle has road tax, holds a valid MOT certificate and is roadworthy / legal. If your car isn't legal or safe to drive, Maple will not be able to drive it to the car park, and you will not be able to get a refund. Late Returns: If your return is delayed and you park for longer than you have booked, extra days parking will be charged at £20 per day (subject to change) or part day thereof, after your booked return date. Very decent. We dropped the car at the reception and caught the transfer 20 yards away. Transfer was very efficient. We got to the terminal within a few minutes. On the return trip we caught the transfer from the coach station directly to the parking reception. Our car was brought to us. Everything went well. We are very happy with the service provided.

Maple have changed. They no longer do mini bus transfers on demand. We arrived back at Stansted to be told to go and wait for the bus. The next bus was at 14.45, we had to wait 3/4 hour. I will never use them again.

I HAVE USED YOUR SERVICES BEFORE COVID RESTRICTIONS THERFORE WAS NOT AWARE THAT AN EMPTY COACH NEAR YOUR OFFICE WAS YOUR NEW WAY FOR TRANSFER UNTIL SOMEONE SAW US WAITING AROUND AND TOLD US. ON OUR RETURN WE OBVIOUSLY THOUGHT WE WOULD BE DROPPED OF AT THE SAME PLACE AND WAS SURPRISED WHEN THE COACH DRIVER TOLD US WE HAD MISSED OUR DROP OF POINT, SHE DID THEN TAKE US TO WHERE WE HAD EXPECTED TO BE DROPPED OFF. OTHER THAN THIS AN EXCELLENT SERVICE AS BEFORE. DOES THE COACH HAVE A DESIGNATED TIME TABLE RATHER THAN AS BEFORE WHICH APPEARED TO BE JUST AS AND WHEN REQUIRED?

Quick and easy drop off. Close to airport. Around 20 minutes wait for shuttle bus on return, and was very full as it was shared with Holiday Inn Express and Premier Inn. Car was ready and waiting on arrival.

On arrival minibus service not running so had to take an airport shuttle that took ages to turn up and was jam packed some people were struggling to get their flight because of it. On arrival back minibus was available to collect us

All OK as usual but currently you have to use the Premier inn/ holiday inn express transfer coach instead of their minibuses. We had to wait at least 20 mins for one to turn up which you might want to factor in. You also get dropped off/picked up in coach park which again could involve another wait as they are every 30 mins. They are free for maple customers.

Journey out was ok and we got a private transfer into the airport. Journey back was very disappointing as we had to wait for half hour at midnight in the cold for the transfer to the car and this was on a bus! I was expecting a private transfer as that is what I paid for!

I have used Maple Parking a few times and have never been disappointed. However this time for the return journey we had to wait for the Holiday Inn bus for 25mins per instructions from Maple Parking. If I knew this I would have used a different cheaper car park which you expect a bus from the terminal.

Would not recomended it . Did not answer phone 6 times when call for bus. Staff was looking for my car with torch at midnight as mixed up dates.Car wasn't ready when arrived to car park. Rude employees.

Parking was very good and easy to locate. Good value for money. The bedside manner of staff in the office was a little abprupt however and a little more friendly, welcoming approach would have gained 5 stars and as this is first and last point of contact has the most lasting effect. Nonetheless I was pleased with the ease and value so would definately use Maple parking again, as I have in the past.

Parking would have been ok but parking firm only had one shuttle bus as the other was broken ,so this caused delay on out going and in coming ,and we were away for 11 days

Drop off was very efficient with transfer bus arriving within a few minutes of our arrival. However, the pick up was a different story altogether! We made several attempts to call for a pick up but all we got was a voicemail. We left a message with our customer number and requested a pick up at 11.45pm. Eventually a minibus arrived around 00.15am but it was chaos as everyone in the queue tried to get one of the 8 seats available. We were told there was only one minibus operating so we would have to wait until that one came back again. By the time it did around half an hour later more people had joined the queue but there was neither a back or front to this so it was chaos again as everyone tried to board the minibus! We managed to get on that one but, amongst others, a family with 2 children were left waiting again. Surely a better system would be for the driver to call out the customer numbers of those who had phoned for a pick-up in chronological order but, better still, they need to have more than one bus operating.

Leave the M11 by the slip road at Junction 8 Southbound or Junction 8a North Bound - At the end of the road follow it round to the left onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - You'll come to a large roundabout - take the 3rd exit onto A120 Thremhall Avenue - Continue down this road and keep left towards the Bassingbourn Roundabout and take the 3rd exit Signposted A120 Express by Holiday Inn - At the next roundabout take the third exit signposted Express by Holiday Inn - Drive straight to the end of this road where you will see Maple Parking Park & Ride's Car Park
Transfer Details
Transfers run every 20 minutes 24 hours 7 days and are included in price for up to 4 passengers - £5 return for each additional passenger payable at the car park.
On Arrival
Once you have arrived at Thremhall Avenue, please enter the car park and park up on the right hand side near to our reception. Your keys will be taken and your car inspected before it is parked for the duration of your trip.
Return Procedure
If you are returning ahead of schedule, we must have at least 24 hours notice (or as much notice as possible) to ensure that your vehicle is ready to be collected upon your return.
As soon as you have collected all of your baggage and are ready to clear customs call us on the number on your confirmation 0 and follow the directions below:
After exiting Arrivals, follow the signs to the Coach Station and wait at Bay 19. You will need to show your barcoded receipt card to the driver. The bus will stop at the entrance to our carpark, please collect your keys from our reception- Our team member will direct to your car, ready for you to drive straight home.
