Big enough car park just bus driver ignored me when I wanted him to stop even when I shouted and pressed the stop button he carried on. So I walked to the front confronted him and he turned it around once more

Minor thing but the directions from the north were not great. As junction 8 is not well sign posted or pointed out on the documentation. So had to park and make a couple of calls to find the car park.

Would have been 5 star because of the ease of turning up and just parking but because it was so easy it put doubts in whether we had done it right and as we were early we thought we may have to come out and go in again so maybe something in the booking to say just drive up, within x hours either side of your booking....

This is now the third time I have used this option, works absolutely fine every time. Transfer buses to the terminal are always very regular. On this occasion, due to roadworks on the entry road to the terminal, alternative arrangements to get the car park buses into the coach station at Stansted were in place and worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Located mid stay car park easily. Plenty of parking spaces to be found. Bus arrived and dropped us off at Stansted airport. Return trip was just as easy.

There is a lack of available transport at Stansted Airport to transport passengers from the terminal building to the mid-stay and long-stay car parks after their flights. This meant that it took an hour from landing at the airport to get back to my car even though I only had hand luggage and, did not stop to collect luggage. In comparison to the two hour flight I had just taken to get to Stansted Airport from another country, this length of time seemed unnecessary and should be more efficient. Additionally, when two buses turned up at the same time to transport passengers to both the long-stay and mid-stay car parks, the staff were only able to load one bus at a time, leading to both the passengers for the mid-stay car park and the bus driver waiting around even longer than was necessary to get back to their cars. Again, there should be a better way of doing it, but unfortunately, the staff members that your customers come into contact with while waiting in long queues to return to their cars are unable to change/improve the situation and end up becoming increasingly frustrated with the situation, along with your customers. Altogether, not a pleasant experience for something that should be fairly simple.

The service is great, mid stay always good. Apart from the obvious road works at Stansted which cannot be helped. But the pot holes in Parking 'L' are awful......

We booked Car Park place online for 5 days. Payd 86,99£. After trip,at the exit,was confused,park mashine showed:pay 150£. Just with assistant the situation was clearedðð. So,if you payd online,your ticked,which you got at the entrace,not garantied quick trip homeð¤ð¤ð¤.Its 2023,digital century,I think,everything has to be automatic. Or???ð Number plates I had wrote on the reservation ticket. Everybody,be on the eyesðððð

Brilliant, super easy to park your car and take the shuttle bus to the airport. Bus drops you at the departure entrance. On return was also very quick. Would definitely book again.

Really easy to find, automatically recognises your number plate making accessing and leaving the car park effortless. Frequent bus service to and from the terminal (approx every 10 mins and the journey time of around 5 mins). Highly recommended

Directions for e-parking Mid Stay
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.From M11
Please exit the M11 at Junction 8a and follow the below directions Follow the road for just over 1 mile and take the Stansted Airport exit. Branch left, and then at Bassingbourn roundabout take the third exit following signs to Mid Stay car park at the next roundabout take the first exit. The Mid Stay car park is situated immediately in front.
Directions from Cambridge - Please exit the M11 at Junction 8 and follow the below directions Take the A120 exit to Stansted Airport, At Priory Wood Roundabout take the 3rd exit, then merge onto the A120, Branch left, then at Bassingbourn roundabout take the take the third exit following signs to Mid Stay car park at the next roundabout take the first exit. The Mid Stay car park is situated immediately in front.
Arrivals Procedure:
Your registration number will be recognised at the entry barrier and a ticket will be printed showing your registration and booking ref. If a ticket is not issued automatically, please press intercom button for assistance. Do NOT insert Credit Card. Transfer from car park to terminal: Take the 8-10 minute courtesy bus shuttle to the terminal. Buses arrive every 10 minutes and are available 24 hours per day
Return Procedure:
On arrival follow signs for 'Buses to Mid Stay car park'. Courtesy buses are located at the Mid Stay parking bus stops in front of the terminal. Please tell the driver where you have parked (i.e. Zone E, Bus stop 3). Drive up to the exit barrier. Insert the ticket that was issued on entry to the car park. If you have pre-booked
*** DO NOT insert Credit Card at the barrier as you may be charged again. The barrier will open and you may proceed out of the exit. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance
You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details.
Please take proof of purchase with you on your day of travel.
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Stansted Airport's standard tariff - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
