It was quick and easy to park and return. The driver on the return was amazing. In helping us find our car parking bays. It was also nice to be able to speak to a human being on the phone to book this. And she was very good and knew her job. She was better than using any website. Such a helpful lady.

As usual there were no problems or hick ups,I parked the car as normal in the car park unloaded the cases walked to the coach shelter within minutes the coach turned up and we were in the terminal in no time.and same as on the return with no problems excellent service.

Very easy to find and excellent parking without having to hand your keys over. Very frequent bus pick up points, dropping you at front of airport. On return , bus right outside of airport and in a few minutes back at car park. Drive out to secure barrier and your quickly on the A120 for your journeys home. Very efficient company to book with, and great price!

Directions for e-parking Mid Stay

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.

From M11
Please exit the M11 at Junction 8a and follow the below directions Follow the road for just over 1 mile and take the Stansted Airport exit. Branch left, and then at Bassingbourn roundabout take the third exit following signs to Mid Stay car park at the next roundabout take the first exit. The Mid Stay car park is situated immediately in front.
Directions from Cambridge - Please exit the M11 at Junction 8 and follow the below directions Take the A120 exit to Stansted Airport, At Priory Wood Roundabout take the 3rd exit, then merge onto the A120, Branch left, then at Bassingbourn roundabout take the take the third exit following signs to Mid Stay car park at the next roundabout take the first exit. The Mid Stay car park is situated immediately in front.

Arrivals Procedure:
Your registration number will be recognised at the entry barrier and a ticket will be printed showing your registration and booking ref. If a ticket is not issued automatically, please press intercom button for assistance. Do NOT insert Credit Card. Transfer from car park to terminal: Take the 8-10 minute courtesy bus shuttle to the terminal. Buses arrive every 10 minutes and are available 24 hours per day

Return Procedure:
On arrival follow signs for 'Buses to Mid Stay car park'. Courtesy buses are located at the Mid Stay parking bus stops in front of the terminal. Please tell the driver where you have parked (i.e. Zone E, Bus stop 3). Drive up to the exit barrier. Insert the ticket that was issued on entry to the car park. If you have pre-booked
*** DO NOT insert Credit Card at the barrier as you may be charged again. The barrier will open and you may proceed out of the exit. If you experience any difficulties, please press the call button for assistance

You need to give us your car registration number either when you book, or sometime before you go. It needs to be the right one - if you change the car you're going to be travelling in, you need to give us the new details.

Please take proof of purchase with you on your day of travel.

At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Stansted Airport's standard tariff - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
