The journey out was super...everything ran so smoothly. Bit concerned on return as couldn't get through on the telephone at first. We had come in at 10.00p.m and needed to get off quickly. Once we got through, the service was great and the carwas parked up when we got back to the compound, all ready to go. The driver was polite, apologetic and totally efficient after what had been a very busy day for them. We would certainly use this agency again. Excellent service and reliability Thank you.

very helpfull people, snack van outside the office for a good bacon roll before our trip,nice pub down the road for a meal before we set off on our return journey. All in all a good experiance,will use next time..

The drop off service was simple, fast and efficient. However collection was pretty poor. It took nearly 1/2 an hour to get through to someone at the office to let them know we'd arrived. It took a lot of calls, a lot of connections to unprofessional voicemails and a couple of connections with 'poor signal' (we had the full 5 bars) before we could finally arrange for them to come get us. However it was one of the cheaper car parks in the area and we did get collected and our car was fine so not all bad!

The only problem was when we returned to UK very late in the evening no one answered their phone number, our answerphone message was not teturned fortunately we found another number and waited about 15 to 20 minutes to be collected.

Easy to reach, avoiding the main routes into Stansted. Very polite, cheerful staff. We were very fortunate to find the return vehicle at Stansted, so very fast exit!! I will definitely recommend them.

Drop off no problems whatsoever. However, pickup was poor due to work being carried out at airport, clarity of where being picked up and obvious lack of office staff to take calls. A fifteen minute pickup took over an hour. Another couple was affected as well.

Great service had my car with them over several days was due in just before midnight but due to a breakdown in the shuttle service within the airport it meant that I did not manage to get out of the airport until close to 2 a.m ,after calling them they collected me prompt I collected my car and was not charged any extra due to my delay in the airport ,excellent service

Directions for My CSL Stansted Park & Ride

Transfers operating between 04:00 and 23:45 only, if your flight is delayed and you return between 23:45 and 4am you will need to wait until 4am for collection

Arrival Instructions FOR P&R - Postcode is CM22 6PF

Head to Stansted Airport
On arrival at Stansted Airport follow signs for the short stay car park. when you reach the Coopers End Roundabout (which is the large roundabout before the Short Stay Car Park), take the 4th exit signposted 'Takeley'.
After taking this exit you will immediately come to a mini roundabout. Take the first exit (left) at this mini roundabout and head towards Bambers Green.
Follow the road for 0.7 miles and you will see 'Network House' on the right hand side.

Park your vehicle in the car park at the front of the building, remove your luggage and report to reception where you will be checked in and dropped off by the Radisson Blu Hotel at the airport. It is then a short a walk to the terminal.

It is your responsibility to leave your vehicle key with us as your vehicle will be moved to one of our secure car parking locations where it will be stored for the duration of your vehicle's stay.

Our staff are fully insured and licensed to drive all types of vehicles to and from our storage facilities but the vehicle will remain under the owner's insurance while stationary and being stored with us. We have various car parks around the Stansted area with the furthest one being only 6 miles from the drop off location. We ask all customers to allow 20 miles for the car to travel while in our care in case of road closures or any events outside of our control.

PLEASE NOTE
There is a transfer charge of £1 per person each way which is required in cash upon check in. Under 16's and over 60's are free of charge.

Return Instructions
1. Collect your luggage.
2. After you have collected your luggage please call My CSL on: the number on your confirmation 0.

3) A My CSL Member of Staff will then meet you back at the Raddison Blu Hotel

Directions to the Radisson Blu: Once through arrivals go toward the taxi service turn left down the ramp, you will see a sign saying Radisson Blu Hotel carry on going straight through the tunnel quarter of a way down turn left again go straight down and there will be one of the drivers there right outside to pick you up.

PLEASE NOTE: Please do not call My CSL before you have collected your luggage and are ready to make your way to the meeting point. There is a Stansted Airport penalty charge for any vehicles at the collection point for longer than 10 minutes. Therefore you will be liable for any additional charges.

HI. i have a Peugeot Partner (2019) is it long wheelbase van or not? DO you accept vans like that.As long as your vehicle fits into a standard supermarket parking space the car park will accept your van at no extra charge. Please note long vehicles requiring more than one standard parking space will be charged extra on arrival
Do you have anything to help my elderly mother get on to the minibus for transfer to the airport? It’s a high step up and she can’t do it herself? The car park have advised the bus does have a step, however it is not high. They do not have the facilityfor disabled passengers.
hi i have a vw caddy maxi, it is the same length as my estate ford focus. Is this ok?They will accept a vw caddy as it is the same size as a car
