Good standard. The staff were helpful. The transfer to the airport was quick and easy. Breakfast was included. We have now used this hotel twice and would use it again.

Excellent hotel ,rooms very high standard, beautiful roomy shower .No problem with parking car .Staff very very helpful. Would not hesitate to book again. Had dinner which was very good ,can't comment on breakfast as had an early flight. Again staff could not have been more helpful . 10 out of 10 .

The hotel staff, accommodation and restaurant facilities were fine. The real drawback was the bus, which whilst readily available at 0430 for an 0600 flight to Amsterdam, only goes as far as Bus Stand Number 3. This is miles away from the Departure Terminal, and for an elderly man at that time in the morning, it is just too much! I was exhausted by the time I got to the check in. Surely there is some means to drop of passengers and luggage closer to Departures than that!

The hotel and subsequent transfer to airport was great and I recommend hotel to anyone. However return trip fro airport was very poor with full bus and found it difficult to get through people with our cases to get to bus door. The driver was not helpful.

Good hotel close to the airport. Rooms are well presented and are clean and tidy and although close to the airport relatively quiet. Good transfer arrangements to and from the airport with good on site parking Would have no hesitation booking again

The hotel was great, the clean room, the breakfast and service. We parked on site which was very easy.The shuttle bus service was brilliant. I will use this hotel again.

The staff here were excellent. Very personable on arrival and helpful. Parking was easy and our room was good. The shower room was excellent and better than some 5 star we have stayed in before. The food was good and staff friendly. Having breakfast from 4am was a bonus. We will stay here again.

Top class for an overnight stay, was up at 4am for quick breakfast before leaving at 4.45 to airport. Substantial breakfast provided, no complaints with hotel whatsoever, will deffo be back..

Stayed at refurbished Holiday Inn Express at Edinburgh airport. Hotel spot on, staff friendly, rooms of high standard, breakfast good and parking being directly opposite perfect when returned from holiday

The staff in the hotel were very welcoming ,when we arrived at reception the you've lady on duty was excellent and very helpfull. The room was clean and comfortable. We had an evening meal which was okay ,but not outstanding,a bit like fast food. The breakfast was also average,pre cooked sausages which were keept warm and a steamed taste, not brown and crisp. Juice ,yogurt cereal,toast was fine. Croissants also were not fresh. But overall it was fine and I would consider staying again if the price was right.
