First time this has happen to us at this hotel . We sat down for our meal,was not ready to order our drink,said they would come back ordered our meals. We had finished our meal before we got our drink. They were busy , however we were a bit dry eating our meal with out anything to drink. Everything else was good as usual.

This hotel was disgracefuly overpriced. I had a poor-quality room, with cigarette burns in the carpet, that would not be worth £30 elsewhere. As it is, I was charged over £100 - which did not include breakfast. A complete and total rip-off - which has ensured that I will NEVER again, under any circumstances, book a hotel at Edinburgh airport. I was SERIOUSLY disgusted by the cost of this room.

excellent hotel when you have an early check in at the airport and you can leave your car with them for not much more cost than an offsite carpark. excellent for when the weather has been as bad as it is.no driving in bad weather at silly o" clock wondering if you"ll make it or not.

Very easy to get to hotel by car and find parking place.Check in easy- we were asked what time did we want to order transport to airport so this was done nice and early.Room very clean, lots of tea and milk,and nice big TV.Lovely hot shower.Check out easy.No problems on our way back - bus back to hotel very prompt and back in car and on way in no time at all.Thankyou Quality Inn!

Great place to stay and very handy as they have secure onsite parking too. Very regular bus transfers, roughly every 10 mins, and if you need a quicker pick up the staff will happily phone the bus to come and collect you. Nice rooms and good food, helpful staff. Couldn't ask for more :-). They also let us stay on in our room for a little bit longer than the normal check out time due to our flight times being changed. Great service!

Directions for
Road access to the hotel is easy from the two-level junction on the A8 midway between the Gogar and Newbridge roundabouts. (Formerly Quality Hotel Edinburgh Airport)
If approaching from the Edinburgh side join the A8 from the city bypass and proceed towards Glasgow . From the North and West you should join the A8 at the Newbridge roundabout and proceed towards Edinburgh. Follow signs for Edinburgh International Airport.
When you come off the A8 and head into the airport take the first exit left at the roundabout (Hotel signs should be visible from here). Follow road to T-junction and turn right. At the mini roundabout stay left. The hotel short stay car park is on your left, long stay is on your right. To enter collect a ticket at the barrier. On departure hand the ticket to reception and they will issue you with a token to exit.
