The Europa is a modern hotel located by Junction 10a on the M23 and is part of the Britannia chain of hotels.

All rooms have en-suite bathroom, tea and coffee tray, TV, direct dial telephone and hair dryer. Family rooms for 5 have 1 double bed, 1 bunk bed & 1 "Z" bed. Latest check out is 11.00 at weekends children sharing a room with adults must be 16yrs or under. WiFi Free in public areas. Available in every room, 2 x 20 minute complimentary sessions per day, unlimited access £7 per 24 hours.

Got what you paid for supposed to be delux room , was cold a bit rough round the edges , and the buffet in the restaurant was Luke warm and just about edible. Had we have been staying longer I would have complained,but it was only 1 night .

Great value for money. Restaurant price very good and quality excellent. Drinks at the bar again reasonably priced. Can't fault for price. Bed a little uncomfortable is my only criticism. Would stay again.

Arrived late at night and the room would not open. Had to go downstairs to reception to get another key. Got in the room and washed my hands but the sink plug was firmly stuck. Had to use the bath taps to brush teeth and wash. In the morning managed to get the shower on but could not turn it off. Had to keep the shower curtain closed so that the water would not rebound on the toilet seat. Did not complain because it was 1:30 am by this time and just wanted to go to bed.

The room was absolutely freezing and asked someone to come and look at it but they never came so we had to sleep fully clothed in one bed with the quilts from the other beds on top.... caused me terrible back and neck pain with been so cold and rigid all night! Not good when you have a 5 hour flight the next day!!

The hotel was clean and quiet and we parked easily in their car park which had security cameras. We kept our keys which is always preferable and they logged us into their security system. They organised a taxi for us to the airport and gave us a number for pick up on arrival back. We have no complaints except for the food which was not to be recommended!! We would use it again as it was very good value for money.

Thought the hotel was very poor, room, bathroom, very shabby, hallways and carpets shabby, food reasonable. Wouldnât recommend it to anyone. The Hotel was reflected in the price Cheap and Cheerful.

It was a lovely stay at Gatwick Europa. Room basic bed hard but no one likes hotel beds as their not their own. We had main meal, not much veggie choice but was nice what was on offer. We would recommend the Europa with Parking and see if u can get a voucher to include main meal. We would use this hotel again. Many Thanks Mr&Mrs Chalker Doncaster S York's.

Nice and clean easy to find and very helpful staff . car was safe and secure where it was parked . One gripe is when we checked in we were not asked if we would like breakfast in the morning .. Explain why i brought it up.When we asked where is breakfast the guy asked did you book it last night , Us .no . Oh if you booked it last night you could have had it for Â£7.50 instead we had to pay Â£11.50 pp. to be honest it was not very good for that price , very little food out and just not worth the price . Other than that it was top .

We went to the hotel and was told that they were full and we were to be moved to another hotel. I was given a postcode of the other hotel which was the wrong postcode when we finally found it the hotel didnât have a pool as the original one. The reason I booked the original hotel was for the pool as I had two kids who love swimming. When I asked why we had been moved I had a shrug of the shoulders. Not what I expected if we had to move we could of been informed in advance of turning up.

Staff very helpful, plenty of choice at breakfast, recommended taxi firm for airport transfers is cheap in comparison to others but book it at least 45mins before you need it. Hotel clean, but could do with a bit of modernisation. Stayed here before & would do again.

On arrival we found it very difficult to find a parking space. On driving round we eventually found one tucked in a corner near some bushes!! Hence on collection car was in a vey dirty condition. Reception was very busy and so quite a long wait to check in. Room fine. Very large with everything we needed. Would stay again but hesitant as 2nd time parking has been an issue.

Site was easy to find and we were lucky enough to get a space quite near reception. Hotel was adequate. In need of a refurbished but it provided what we needed, including a tasty bar meal and breakfast.

Hotel is ideally located for airport with special taxi rates negotiated for drop off and collection. Didnât eat dinner or breakfast but happy with the room and ability to leave the car for a very good rate.

we always stay here before jetting off as the parking and overnight stay is so reasonable, bit pricey in the bar but very convenient and also they have a cheap taxi service to the airport next day at on Â£9 each way - always comfortable and quiet

With effect from 06/02/23 this property will no longer accept CASH. This includes bar, restaurant and car parking.

From M25: Leave M25 at junction 7 for the M23, exit the M23 at junction 10A, right at the roundabout, Europa Gatwick is approximately 100 metres on the right hand side.

From Brighton: Take the A23 north to Crawley,(A23 changes to M23 after J11). Exit the M23 at junction 10,take the 4th exit off the roundabout to go back southbound down the M23. Exit M23 again at junction 10A, right at roundabout, Europa Gatwick is approx. 100m on the right.

Where is the summer long term car parkIt is at the airport and transfers are provided to either terminal

We are arriving 16th November and returning 2nd December, will the car be definately parked at the Hotel? Is it safe in the car park?The hotel cannot guarantee that the car will be parked at the hotel as it will depend on how busy the car park is.
