This is an excellent hotel for on overnight stay and up to 15 nights parking. The rooms are very good and the transfer to Terminal 2 & 3 is every 15 minutes. The evening meals and drinks in the bar are a little pricey but that is what you expect near Heathrow airport.

Hotel was fine but we received a parking fine of £100 for arriving to check in on time and leaving to get some food 3 hours later. Now in appeal process.

Great deal for parking and overnight hotel before flying from T2 Heathrow. Booked a taxi via the hotel to get to the terminal which was only a little more than the Hoppa bus and got a black cab on the way back (£14). Hotel was fine but looking rather dated. Overrun with families, young kids and large groups of people. Food & drink was overpriced and average but that seems to be the standard for airport hotels. Was worth it just for the parking alone.

Second time we have used this hotel. Good sized rooms, comfy bed, good location for airport and for local pub to walk to for evening meal. Helpful reception staff and you leave your car in the carpark, it isn't moved. Only downsides were that they left the window wide open when they cleaned the room so it was absolutely covered in dust from the carpark! And I wish they would enforce their own rules about where to park as lots of people seem to park wherever they please- across the pedestrian crossings, blocking steps and ramps, on double yellows, on corners, partially across disabled bays, double parking etc.

Hotel and food really good. Car parking was also very good with easy access to Heathrow. I have used Crowne Plaza before and would definitely recommend this as a great one both for location and value for money when travelling from Heathrow. Hoppa bus £9 return to T5

Really happy with this hotel for stay and park Heathrow. Hotel was a very good standard for overnight stay and the parking was very good. Plenty of spaces and no hassle. Took taxi to airport as early flight and wasn’t sure how long the transfer shuttle would take, airport only 15 mins away. Would definitely recommend and use again.

The hotel was great. A couple of minor points, 1. Receptionist told us there was no no need to book a table in the restaurant for dinner when we checked in. When we went for dinner, we was told that without a booking there would be approx a 1 hr wait. We waited in the bar, though the children were hungry. 2. No car parking spaces. We had to park for two weeks on the grass verge. Like I said, only minor points, food, service & rooms were great.

Easy to find, and on the Hoppa bus for getting to the airport. Decent price for single night plus 14 days parking too. Have stayed here numerous times on business too but am noting now that the rooms are starting to look a little tatty in places, chairs worn out, carpets etc. Parking is always tight and the airport stay can lead you to a muddy field for parking which isnt great during recent weather. Luckily I managed to park on tarmac this time. Overall I was satisified but wouldnt rate above 3 until they start to refresh the decor in the rooms.

Always good to stay at the crowneplaza. Easy to get to from m4 and always get a nice room. Wood stay there again if price was right

Easy access from the motorways and plenty of parking available, although a little way to pull the case. I had booked to stay at the hotel on the way back and asked reception for a room in a quiet area while I was getting the parking permit. The Hopper base runs right outside, although important to leave time in case you have just missed one. On the way back I got a taxi which was great (cost about £10) and had a fabulously quiet room right at the end of a corridor which was perfect. I was going to order some room service but nobody was picking up the phone. The room was not large but perfectly adequate, the tea/coffee and biscuits were spot on (although a fruit tea option would have been good), the shower/bath good pressure, the free wifi worked fine - so everything you could want for an overnight stop. I was sadly too tired to use the pool and got breakfast on the way home the next morning, so can't comment on either of those.

The accommodation was very good, room a decent size, facilities good and bed comfortable. The food in the restaurant was also very good. We appreciated the fact that the hotel was willing to change the date of the reservation free of charge given the very late notice. The only down side was that on collecting our car on return from our holiday a nearby vehicle had obviously been broken into indicating that security might need improving.

Excellent hotel especially for using Heathrow . The staff were friendly , the rooms excellent and the Indian restaurant was excellent . Hood public spaces and free Wi-fi , the only issues perhaps , are you could end up parked a long way from reception, we were lucky and found a space close , the Hoppa Bus takes a good 20 minutes to get to terminal 5 , it no longer goes to T4 , but I would definitely stay there again

Nice hotel, easy to find, however we couldn't get out water to get hot for our shower before going to airport which was pretty naff! The staff did apologise and got us a paid taxi instead of shuttle bus to airport though, which was nice.

Problems started when virtually no car parking spaces available and had to leave vehicle parked on a very muddy, grassed area beneath a tree. Then on check in were told that our room had already been checked into, coincidently another S Mills which resulted in an unnecessary delay after a very long journey. Room was clean and tidy, bed comfortable but bathroom in need of a refurb, not the standard I had expected. Restaurant very pricey and not to our taste but since we had parked the car in the only space we could find we were not in a position to go anywhere else
