Description of Crowne Plaza in Heathrow

The Crowne Plaza is located on Stockley Road just off Jct 4 of the M4, 1.5 miles from the airport. It has a Restaurant, two bars, Spirit Health Club with swimming pool.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, tea and coffee tray, interactive TV, telephone with voicemail, iron, trouser press, bathrobes, hair dryer and mini bar. Family rooms will consist of 2 double beds.

Parking is on site at the hotel. If holiday parking is not included in the package, the overnight parking charge for the night you are resident will be £16.

Airport Transfer Details

Transfers available to Term 2-3 via Heathrow Hoppa H1, and Terminal 5 via Hoppa H51 both currently running between 04:20 and 23:00, runs every 20 minutes (subject to change). The Hoppa doesn't run to T4 from this hotel. You will need to take the Hoppa to T2 and from there catch the free Heathrow Express to T4.

Booked the Crowne Plaza LHR on stay and parking deal. Good hotel but major lack of parking spaces! After driving around the car park 4 times I finally found somewhere to leave the car, but unfortunately it wasnât in a designated car parking space. For some reason the overflow car park was closed. Returned 6 days later and could see by the people driving around the car park things hadnât improved.

Easy start to our holidays drove to the hotel parked the car filled in the form at reception and jumped on the shuttle to the airport, stayed at the hotel on our return even a room upgrade which was nice, the only down side was the cost of food in the bar Â£18 for a burger and a pint :(

We had an excellent stay at the hotel from checking in to leaving the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Our room was a good size and very clean the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was good with lovely toiletries and plenty of soft towels. We had a evening meal and breakfast both of which were very good. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The booking through FHR was faultless as well. Thanks

Great hotel, clean with comfy beds. Slept well and all went according to plan with busses to and from the airport. Parking was easy and we had no problems when picking up the car after 3 weeks.

The drop off worked well, however, the pick up from Heathrow was dreadful. Basically the bus didn't turn up and after a long debate with the other bus driver he agreed to drop a number of us back to our hotels. We will not use this service again as it was completely unreliable, not what you want for airport transfers.

The hotel was very well located for the airport and the service was good. there was also plenty of car parking spaces, however, some were on a grassed area behind the hotel. Although it was very busy we didn't have a problem finding a table at breakfast time. We found it to be very good value and would use the hotel again. . .

FROM THE M4-Exit at junction 4. At the 1st roundabout take 3rd exit into Stockley Road. The Hotel is on the right.
