A very nice hotel conveniently located within a few minutes bus ride from terminals 2 & 3.The rooms were spacious and well furnished and there was a wide selection of meals including bar meals if preferred,I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast.This is the first time I have stayed here and I will certainly stay again in the future.

Stress free and very easy to use. The service was top class and the operator dealing with me was extremely helpful, informative and made sure everythying was taken care of so I had absolutely no worries.

Nice hotel, with a great room for the price. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the process of checking in/parking was very straightforward. No issues with collecting my car - ticket validated and on my way in minutes. Great service :-)

My room was miles away from the reception , I had to be moved. This should be considered when client is only staying one night. Apart from that all services were very good

Excellent quality hotel. Easy access. Ample parking space (park away from reception if you want to be less cramped for space). Efficient check-in. Comfortable, quiet room with a/c. Good but pricey restaurants. Would have 4 stars but for the very poor transfer arrangements. The buses (not part of the hotel package) are shared with other hotels and multiple terminals, are supposed to run to a regular 20 minute timetable but don't. Allow plenty of time to get to your flight and don't expect to be picked up quickly when you have landed.

Pleasant room, clean, roomy & comfortable. All staff were very friendly & helpful. We only had a bar snack and coffee but we were treated as though we were having a full restaurant meal. The only negatives were that parking was on a raised grass area and, as we were travelling from terminal 4, it was a long way from hotel to airport. Terminals 1, 2 & 3 are a lot closer.

This hotel has very nice and spacious rooms and a welcoming reception area. We had problems trying to find it as directions not completely clear. Our check in at reception was not as welcoming and the receptionist did not offer any information. In addition to this he gave us incorrect information about the restaurant opening times which nearly made us miss the opportunity to eat.

The hotel is easy to find. The hotel is clean with a warm welcome from the staff, the room was clean and had what you need in it. We took the shuttle bus From the hotel to the airport door to door and back again very easy, drivers very helpful. We left the car at the hotel while on holiday and it was as we left it upon our return. Would highly recommend the Crown Plaza took the stress out of the start of the holiday and we arrived at the airport on time and relaxed.

A clean and quiet hotel (for a busy one) with lots of parking spaces to leave the car whilst we were away. Very helpful reception staff. Slight smell of smoke in room which was addressed.

The only issue was the hard to interpret driving instructions that meant we took longer to find the hotel. Once at the hotel everything was excellent. The staff were all very attentive, the room was excellent and the hoppa service to the airport and back delivered an very helpful service.

Booking in process was very easy and quick, the staff were very helpful. The room was very well appointed and spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Parking was easy and could park where I wanted. Will definitely book the Crown Plaza again.

Comfortable if somewhat lacking in the personal touch. Checked in and had to push through 2-3 coach loads of french travellers to get to our corridor. No plug by a mirror to dry my hair. but room was OK as a one night stopover. restaurant options limited and expensive.

Huge hotel which is close to Terminals 1,2,3 and therefore functional is all we were looking for. Dining choices were expensive - an Indian or UK restaurant. However rooms were clean and comfortable - I would have liked a plus by a mirror to dry my hair and our room was lacking. Parking is excellent you move your own car to the back of the hotel and know exactly where to find it on your return
