Crowne Plaza in Heathrow

Excellent hotel, conveniently located. Plenty of parking, regular bus service, ticks all the boxes.

Reasonable deal at this hotel including parking. However the facilities for families are limited. The meal choices were expensive and the 'Irish' bar was out of bounds to families with children yet it had the more affordable meal choices. In the end we ordered off the Irish bar menu but ate our food in the main lounge bar. Rooms were comfortable and shower was good. Hotel is handy for the hoppa bus although we booked an Uber as it was easier to transport our luggage directly..with no extra stops on the way and the price was only marginally more expensive than the bus. We would consider this hotel again if we had a similar deal here....but be careful not to pay over the odds as there are lots of alternatives to choose from.

I had a great experience with FHR. There were no problems with my room nor with the car park arrangements. It actually worked out cheaper for me to stay and park than it did for me just to park prior to my holiday so it my my holida less stressful. I made a slight mix up with dates and FHR were happy to amend it for me and it actually worked out cheaper again on the correct dates (I did however take out the cancellation option at check out) Great service and would definitely use again.

Easy to find and easy to check in despite being very busy. Car park was very full when we arrived. Free wi-fi was unavailable for all of our overnight stay despite being told by reception the router was being rebooted and would be up and running in 10 minutes! We ate in the bar area and the food was very good if a little pricey. Overall the stay was good value for money, your car remains where you park it as you take your keys with you. Hoppa bus very reliable.

Parking and easy and convenient. The heating was broken in our room and when we spoke to reception they said they would get an engineer to fix it while we went to the restaurant. When we returned to our room they had left a note to say it couldn't be fixed and left us some cherry bon bons by way of consolation! There was a small ineffectual heater in the room. When we spoke to reception and complained the next day, no one was interested. The staff were unhelpful and dismissive. We won't be staying there again as it spoilt the beginning of our trip.

Hotel was convenient,and Ok, although a little tired. The room was OK, the staff were good , friendly and efficient. The bar was a bit of a warehouse, and we would have liked fevertree tonic with our gin. The main fault was the car parking was inadequate with parking on an extreemly muddy grass bank.

For departure this worked wonderfully. Comfortable night and good meal at hotel and a shuttle into terminal 2 the next morning. Returning, we were at the shuttle stop at 19:50 and just missed the 19:44 Hoppa Bus 1. Unfortunately Hoppa Buses 1 and 8 are combined after 8:00 pm; a large group of French got on at terminal 3 and we had a major struggle getting everyone into the bus at terminal 2; this delayed us by 30 minutes. I guess it was just one of those things.

Booking easy, hotel well-located and comfortable, good choice of food outlets. Hoppa bus to airport reasonably priced and efficient. Only small gripe is that it wasn't easy to locate the correct area to park the car for the park & stay.

Good location, only down side was .... first bus was half full and wouldn't take six of us waiting because passengers failed to fill seats at back and blocked the standing area. Then on the way back had to wait 40 minutes for a bus as one failed to come after 20 minutes!

Friendly Staff at a Reception. Room was clean but shower in the bath needed attention as you could hardly switch from tap yo shower head settings as it was ceased. Anyone with weaker wrists or trouble with gripping would not be able to operate it. We had some food in the Bar which was not good. 3 very small sausages and gloopy gravy which was Luke warm at best. I left my car at the Hotel during my holiday but the main car park was full and do I had to park in the extended part which was pitch black and muddy.

Great hotel & good location for Heathrow but the deciding factor was the price that FHR had it for including parking. Hotel could do with a map/layout plan at reception though.

hotel was very good and the price through FHR was very competitive; friendly and efficient reception at check-in. The room was well presented and clean, choice at breakfast was good with attentive service. Room service was efficient. The car-park was a different matter. The tarmac car-park was limited and full, similarly a small gravel section, only a few spaces were available in what was a sloped uneven grass field. Very uneven and rough. Looked like they bought a field out the back and sprayed a few lines on it as spaces. It was so rough I badly sprained my ankle going to collect my car.

The parking and location to London Heathrow was very convenient, I only rated it 4 stars only because I've used it once so far. As I use it more and the experience stays the same I'm sure it will be a solid 5 stars

Ideal location and easy to access. Comfortable room and super spar and swimming pool. Gave us a perfect evening of relaxation readybtobstart our holiday. Shuttle bus was efficient and parking in the grounds gave us peace of mind. Staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely use the Crowne Plaza again.

It was seemless. Arrived at the hotel, off-loaded the luggage, booked in at reception, took the car to the designated area, retained the keys and car park ticket. On return, went to reception, got the car park ticket stamped, loaded the car with luggage, drove to the barrier, handed the ticket to the security guard and drove home. Simple!
