Airport Inn Manchester

Down stairs is nice.the rooms nead revamping.can only get out of bed!on one side very orkword.hall carpet want's binning.

Hotel was fine, parking not great, due to bad parking of others a lot of the spaces were inhabitable so had to park in the muddy overflow which was basically a field.

Hotel room was very dirty it had vomit dryer on the walls the bath room had black mould and hairs in sink and bath .and they charged me twice . The transport which ment to pick us up didn't turn up waited over hour ended up getting taxi so played twice for transport as well as hotel .never again !!!

very clean hotel ,polite staff and good bar food.we did not hear the airplanes or notice them and we slept with window open.had an alarm call 4.30am dead on time.taxi that comes with deal was late only a bit, but turned up with small minibus 8 adults 2 pieces of luggage each we ended up sitting across peoples cases not good.but not a bad experience as a whole.

Couldn't give it 1 star,disgusted with the place,ripped off with a taxi that was already paid for,taxi driver took us to the wrong hotel,cost me an extra £15 to get to the right hotel,complained at the hotel,said they couldn't reimburse us but the manager would phone me the next day,still waiting,emailed them no reply,disgusting treatment,will tell everyone I know to keep away from the place,would be grateful to get the £15 extra I paid back

Convenient for airport, parking included in cost. Public rooms well looked after but rooms are ok only for a night, corridors smelt badly from smokers and rooms were a bit dismal with well worn odours.

Absolutely dissatisfied with the hotel. The receptionist directed us to wrong area of hotel to find our room and we had 4 large suitcases, two pushchairs and hand luggage and 2 toddlers. When we finally found our room it was up stairs with no lift access. The room was not satisfactory and at 3am we discovered our shower didn't work so we had to crouch down and use bath tap to get washed prior to catching our flight. Car parking satisfactory hotel not. I'd like a refund please for the hotel it was not acceptable quality at all. I reported shower on checkout at 3:45am.

I have booked with FHR before and as usual Booking was easy. However on my return home after my holiday I received a parking ticket even though I had paid for up to 15 days. The parking ticket was withdrawn when I sent the details of my booking. Not very happy.

The hotel was clean and tidy we ate at the restaurant evening meal and breakfast which were good and value for money transfers to and from Manchester airport worked well would definitely use again

We have used this hotel on many occasions. It is well situated for Manchester airport. Transportation is frequent. Parking is ample and safe. Restaurant is available if required.

Excellent hotel but unfortunately there was a wedding party on and the guests had taken over most of the hotel including the reception area. Parking very good and hotel restaurant food was was enjoyable.

Low cost hotel before travel. Great meal inclding wine at £30 for 2. Room was clean quiet and adequate for our purpose. Have used before and will use again.

There was nothing wrong with the hotel and the airport transfer - but the low mark relates to the parking ticket I have now been issued with (although I paid for this in the inclusive price) which I am obviously appealing against.

Rooms were fine. However our son's bed was cold and inadequate with only a thin blanket to cover him. There was no duvet available for him. Apart from this the hotel was OK. We had an early morning departure for the airport and the pre arranged taxi was waiting for us outside in plenty of time. Good arrangement for leaving the car in the spacious car park

We had a large, comfortable room with good facilities. The room was cold when we arrived, but the member of staff on reception brought a heater to the room with 15 mins. Check in was efficient and easy, the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

I have always been pleased with the service at this hotel, however, this time I was on the ground floor and the room was quite cold. Previously I have at the top of the building and have been very hot so this may be unavoidable. Other than that everything was very satisfactory.

Very easy to book , quality service for the price that we paid . Everything was made very easy for us ,even received a text to say our return vehicle was there waiting for us . Would definately recommend this company and will definately use in the future .
