Fab service to and from car parking.parking great and very convenient.hotel rooms are witnessing but at the price pretty good.we ate in restaurant that night and food was great .no complaints .

Airport transfers were very efficient, especially as one was booked for 5.30am. Hotel was a bit awkward with tons of luggage and no lift.

I would certainly use this hotel again when travelling out of Manchester Airport. Best part is the onsite car parking.

My only complaint about the hotel was that my room was on the 3rd floor and the lift only went to the 2nd floor! Seemed incredible for a Holiday Inn! But the receptionist was very good about helping me with my luggage.

We have used this hotel several times when flying to America to play golf. Each time we state that we have two sets of golf clubs and two suit cases but they people who provide the transport to the airport either don't get the meaasge or don't take any notice of it as they nearly always send a small vehicle or have other people to transfer as well and there's always a struggle to get everything in.

Only problem was the return airport transfer. We were told to use the courtesy phone at the airport. It could not be used for our transfer car company. We had to eventually find and use a public phone and the car was quite late even after that.

I was very happy with all aspects of the hotel,I did not book breakfast due to an early flight.I did have a little difficulty getting the taxi back to the hotel due to the length of "pick up space outside terminal 2".That was a little awkward.

Not as easy to find as I thought. Sat nav helped. A good pub to use for food and drink rather than stay in at the Holiday Inn is the 'BeeHive' about a mile away - H I staff will give you directions.

Hi. We are looking to stay after our return flight. We land around 01.30. Is it OK to check in then? Also can we pre-book transfer or do we just wait? Do they fill up quickly? Thanks Clare.You can check in at that time, you would need to book the stay night for the night before . We would then advise the hotel that you will be arriving early hours the following morning. You cannot pre book the transfers, you will need to call the hotel on return and they will send the bus up to collect you
