although the hotel is a very good standard we have been very disappointed that on both occasions that we have stayed overnight our allocated room has not been serviced when we have entered it. On the first occasion no attempt had been made to clean it etc after the previous occupant, and on this occasion the linen had been partially changed but not completed. I feel this is very poor service from a hotel of this standard!

Unfortunately we just missed the mini bus which was full by the time we got to the pick up point to return to the hotel, we then had a good 20 miniute wait....that was the downside, just unlucky I suppose.

I had a problem with a very cold room and being unable to alter the temperature. A member of staff looked at it and said it would increase slowly - by the next morning it was still only 17 degrees.

prompt and helpful service when we arrived. hotel and room excellant, plenty of space in room which is unusual. Transfers was best we have ever found especially upon our return, used the free phone and by the time we had walked outside to pickup bay the transer bus had arrived. Going there were more passengers than room but not a problem as another mini bus could be seen turning the corner just before the hotel.Best service we have ever received and will certainly use again in July. We also had dinner and was a reasonable price and cooked beautifully. Full marks all round for everything

We had arranged accommodation,2 weeks parking, and a meal in the evening, but when we booked in and the receptionist said we had only booked for 7 days parking. On production of our receipt she amended their records and booked us in for our meal. Whilst we were eating the meal the waiters were obviously concerned and eventually asked us to return to reception, were we were told they had no record of our prepaid meal! Our receipt was again produced, they acknowledged the error and we accepted the apology. The incident was embarrassing and although dealt with politely marred otherwise excellent service

The room we were given was very cold for the first 3 hours we had our outdoor coats on. The staff tried to heat the room but it did nt work. The room was very good but we agreed to move to another room - not quite as roomy but definately warmer.

There was a considerable amount of noise and disruption to our nights sleep due to other guests being very loud. I made a complaint during the night to reception and no action appeared t be taken. When we checked out we complained again to discover that we were the fifth family to complain about the npoise and that the telephone system had been playing up and that is why the first complaint was not actioned. We booked the hotel to be refreshed for our early morning flight and felt that it was a waste of money as we were still aftigued.

We stayed on our return from holiday as it was a late flight. The only food available was room service which consisted of mainly sandwhiches. There was one hot option which my wife chose which was a veg chilli with pita bread. This was priced at £14 plus a tray charge. The rice was hard and in one lump and could be lifted up in one go. The chilli was cold and dreadfully looking and tasted bland. In fairness to the assistant manager he treated the issue in a more than professional manner, apologised and swiftly provided a refund without fuss. Top marks. The Hotel I feel is getting a bit past it's best with regards to decor etc but nothing to put anyone off staying. Breakfast was excellent.

Exit the M56 at junction 5 and follow the signs for Terminals 1 and 3. Go through 2 sets of traffic lights take the 1st exit at the roundabout the Crown Plaza Manchester Airport is located on your right.

Can I get to terminal 3 via walkway from crownplaza plazayou will have to go outside to walk to termnal 3 from the hotel, they do provide a free shuttle bus that ca take you to terminal 3.
