The hotel is on the airport complex. All rooms are air conditioned, there are four dining options, inc. an oriental restaurant & within the hotel there is a gym.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was very good and the meal in the restaurant was also good. We will definitely stay here again

This experience was excellent. Evening meal good but no drink provided. Hotel staff and collection to airport all good. Car parking good - could be excellent but car taken 19 miles away from hotel to park for duration of holiday.

I've stayed at the Crowne Plaza at Manchester airport twice now and both times have gone without a hitch. The room is always clean, the staff are very friendly and you can get a delicious meal downstairs. The parking service is extremely convenient as the shuttles to and from the airport run regularly. The hotel is easy to get to and I make a point of staying there every time I fly from Manchester. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

This was a seamless experience. We left our car key with reception on arrival. Had a lovely meal in the Chinese restaurant and a good night's sleep in a great room. The hotel bus took us to Terminal 1 at 4.15 a.m. in time for our flight. On our return we telephoned the hotel, the phones in the airport were not working however, and the bus came to collect us within 5 minutes. Our car key was waiting for us at reception and the car was just ourside waiting. Perfect!

Excellent Hotel, does not look the best hotel when you drive up but this is deceptive as the inside is fantastic. Easy and informative check in. Rooms, very good, spacious and individual air conditioning. Did mot eat in restaurant but did have a couple of drinks in their pub, which was reasonably priced and had a great atmosphere. We use Manchester Airport at least 6 times a year, have stayed in all of the 4 on site hotels, Crowne Plaza in our opinion is the best.

Hotel room & parking were fine but in the middle of the night someone let themselves into our room with a key. I shouted out and they said sorry and ran off. I complained next morning and was told to email the Guest Relations Manager which I did, a week later nothing so I emailed again, still nothing. I then also emailed Crowne Plaza Head Office and had an automated reply saying could be a further 3 weeks until they respond. This is simply not good enough customer services. The whole purpose of staying the night before is to save getting up at silly o clock but when some random person wakes you up anyway it is pointless waste of money. I am more than disappointed with the service received from Crowne Plaza and will not use them again and would recommend others to use other hotels.

Excellent room and service all round. We did eat at the hotel and found the food and drink very expensive for what was on offer but we would expect to pay such a price at any airport hotel.

Nice hotel, booked family room..got a double bed and a pull out bed...room very cramped, internet £16 for the night ( i dont think so )..The Bewleys next door gives free internet and last time we stayed there our family room had 2 double beds in the room...Got a good price for the room and 8 days parking so can't complain

Positive = comfy - quiet -- nice sleep in preparation for a long flight. Pleasing gestures (bathrobe,bottled water,tea,coffee) little things that make you feel relaxed Negative = bed far to comfy did not want to get up evento go on hols!!!

Problem on checking in was supposed to be a 3 bed room but only 2 bed took 2 attempts with staff to get the extra bed and a further call to reception to get extra cup and refreshments

Very efficient reception staff. Very good room facilities. Have stayed at this hotel before. Possibly the only downside was the cost of breakfast @ £15.95 p.p. which we thought was expensive as we only wanted coffee and cereals. On leaving the hotel, we were told we could have had a continental breakfast at £13.95 p.p.

Currently only Taxi transfers are available at a cost of approximately £5, It takes 2 minutes to get to Terminal 1 and 3 and 4 minutes to get to Terminal 2.
Exit the M56 at junction 5 and follow the signs for Terminals 1 and 3. Go through 2 sets of traffic lights take the 1st exit at the roundabout the Crown Plaza Manchester Airport is located on your right.

Can I get to terminal 3 via walkway from crownplaza plazayou will have to go outside to walk to termnal 3 from the hotel, they do provide a free shuttle bus that ca take you to terminal 3.
