The hotel is on the airport complex. All rooms are air conditioned, there are four dining options, inc. an oriental restaurant & within the hotel there is a gym.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, tea/coffee facilities, TV/pay movies/play station, internet access at a charge, trouser press & hairdryer. Children in family rooms should be 15 years or under. if booking a Superior Double you will also have, high quality bed linen, relaxing aromatherapy 'this works' sleep spray, luxurious toileteries and complimentary mineral water.

The overall feel of the hotel was very good. We were given a family room for ourselves and our son, however the sofa bed for my son was extremely uncomfortable. The springs could be felt through the mattress and he found it very difficult to sleep. Although I would recommend this hotel, I would not recommend the family rooms.

The crowne plaza park and fly service was faultless, my only moan was Â£15 per person for breakfast is legalised robbery, there were 3 of us stayed at the hotel, unlike myself the other 2 would not have eaten much anyway so Â£45 was out of the question, unlike the lovely lady on reception, at least Dick Turpin wore a mask ð

Nice hotel friendly staff good parking facilities room nice and comfortable although a little warm. Transfer to airport good however when telephoned for pick up on our return journey the person on the phone was distracted she appeared to be talking to someone else so trying to have to conversations via phone and she could not get our name right she kept quoting somebody else name and registration. After 3 attempts to try and get her to understand we put the phone down and walked which was not ideal as there was busy road to cross and it was very hot so not happy with that part of the hotel

i stay at this hotel 3-4 times a year but on this occasion my flight landed at 1am i called the hotel to collect me they advised the driver would be 10minutes 40minutes passed by waiting after a long flight with no show of a driver, i then called again they said "o sorry i will send him now" i waited a further 15minutes and he arrived i went into the hotel to complain and they said he was busy doing security check so didn't collect u?? they were very unapologetic and unprofessional it was definitely not what anyone needs at that time in the morning after a long flight will not stay here again simply due to the staff and the way the situation was handled

Great location hotel was faultless had dinner in hotel good selection parking ok when I returned found seat had been moved so they must move car to a different location I have seen this on rip off Britain so was not told this when booking in to hotel but good stay

Booked Crowne Plaza hotel 1 night plus 14 nights parking. Easy check in, good nights sleep, early morning wake up call as requested. Short walk to airport although transport is provided we chose to walk as so near. Car collected 15 days later no problems. Third time we have used this hotel wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

It could not have been better. We parked at the Hotel and had all the formalities sorted in 5 minutes. The Free shuttle from the Hotel to the Terminal arrived within 5 minutes of our queuing and we were at the Terminal within another 5 minutes. Upon our return, the shuttle picked us up from the Terminal after a wait of no more than 10 minutes, and our car was waiting for us immediately outside of the Hotel Reception. All the Staff were polite and helpful. This was the most quick and efficient Hotel Parking I have ever experienced, and I would use the service again.

A nice hotel which has an easy reqular free shuttle to terminals. Offers parking (off site). Comfy beds. Ice machine and complementary bottled water. This time however the room we stayed in seemed not to have noise reduction over the windows, which was a big disappointment. This has therefore lost a star on the survey score!

Currently only Taxi transfers are available at a cost of approximately £5, It takes 2 minutes to get to Terminal 1 and 3 and 4 minutes to get to Terminal 2.

Exit the M56 at junction 5 and follow the signs for Terminals 1 and 3. Go through 2 sets of traffic lights take the 1st exit at the roundabout the Crown Plaza Manchester Airport is located on your right.

Can I get to terminal 3 via walkway from crownplaza plazayou will have to go outside to walk to termnal 3 from the hotel, they do provide a free shuttle bus that ca take you to terminal 3.
