The hotel is on the airport complex. All rooms are air conditioned, there are four dining options, inc. an oriental restaurant & within the hotel there is a gym.

There were no problems with Crown Plaza Hotel has we have used them many times before .We are very disappointed with yourselves as we booked via Top Cash Back and have still not received the amount due so in future will book direct with hotel

Had a lovely overnight stay at the Crowne Plaza. Could not fault the Staff, amenities and hotel room provided. Fast and efficient service to and from the airport by the free shuttle bus provided. car was parked at hotel during our holiday and was easily accessible upon our return. First class service received by hotel.

Car parking, transfer to and from airport and amenities all great. the room that we had wasn't so great. 3 people (2 Adults and 1 adult sized teenager) with 3 cases and hand luggage in a double bed room wasn't ideal, especially when you have a single bed at the foot of the double bed and no room to manoeuvre . 2 towels, 2 cups, 2 tea bags....you get the jist by now 2 of everything. These small things were sorted out by one of the room attendants, small things yes....but should have been ready for 3 people without asking. Only one person could get ready at a time due to the limited floor space. The booking wasn't made last minute so we at least expected a larger room (like last year). Luckily we only stayed one night or we would have complained at the time...but still not an ideal room for a family of 3. Just glad the cat stayed at home

Parked before holiday quick efficient service by hotel staff and on our way to the airport within minutes. On return from holiday late at night we contacted the hotel and were told where to go for pick up by minibus which arrived quickly and in a short space of time we were checked in to the hotel and on our way to our room. Would have loved to have a night cap but the bar was closed unfortunately.

Pleasant stay in general. Checking in and parking was quick and easy. Room was ready, clean and comfortable. While we found the Bar/Restaurant well presented and with a good choice of drinks and food, we felt the cost of the food was high for what was essentially a bar meal.

Overall service excellent. Room clean and bed comfortable. Stayed for breakfast which was very good and we were looked after by a young boy and girl who certainly deserved our trip as they were friendly and good workers.

Having stayed here before, we decided to stay again. The car used to stay on the hotel car park. Now it is moved, even though the amount of empty parking spaces were I would say about at least 40 per cent of the car park. The hotel is faultless, but we do prefer to know that the car will not be removed.

Everything went well - the hotel was close to the airport and our early morning transfer was within the 15 minute window. However we did wait longer than expected for the return to the hotel, although the drivers involved were very helpful with our luggage.

We stayed at this hotel on Saturday 13 December 2014 . It was very very nice . We had a meal in the Chinese restaurant, which started our holiday beautifuly . All staff were very helpful , even down to our return taxi from the terminal back to our car . would recommend this hotel to anyone

Exit the M56 at junction 5 and follow the signs for Terminals 1 and 3. Go through 2 sets of traffic lights take the 1st exit at the roundabout the Crown Plaza Manchester Airport is located on your right.

Can I get to terminal 3 via walkway from crownplaza plazayou will have to go outside to walk to termnal 3 from the hotel, they do provide a free shuttle bus that ca take you to terminal 3.
