Crowne Plaza in Manchester

the only thing wrong with this booking was that l had to pay for a extra days parking because we did not land till 6am sunday morning l have given the hotel 5 stars for the accomadation and the first class service but only 3 stars to you as l was having to pay for another days parking which put another £12-50p onto my bill

comfortable room only downside is you sometimes have to wait a bit for the bus to the airport. But we walk if it's dry so not too bad. FHR usually have the best price.

On giving our room number for breakfast was told to pay as was not included. I asked them to check as I had paid for dinner & breakfast previously. Eventually we were told this was OK but I could easily have paid again as I had no paper work on me to confirm at the time.

We arrived early evening and check in was quick. We received a room we had requested and everything was there. The room was quiet, comfortable and clean and met our expectations. Our transport to the airport was quick and on time. On our return we found the courtesy telephone easily and the transport arrived within 10 mins. We did take advantage of the prebooked dinner menu which was ok. Although not busy I did think the service very slow. However I would use this hotel again.

Hotel stay was comfortable and room good. Transfer to airport terminal was easy. Return transfer was very poor as Crowne Plaza's phones were either not being answered by reception or their courtesy phone number was out of operation from Terminal 2 - eventually the airport information desk were able to contact the hotel but they still did not answer for about 5 minutes resulting in what should have been a 5 minute transfer turning into a 30 minute wait. when complaining to reception staff there was an attitude if total indifference and no apology, indeed seemed to suggest that there was no issue at their end - this was despite their drivers having radioed to the hotel that there were problems.

We had an excellent overnight stay with inclusive parking at the Crowne Plaza so our trip to the USA got off to a relaxed start. The transfer service was excellent to and from the terminal with polite and helpful drivers. The only little niggle was that the car had been driven for 23 miles in our absence which seems rather a lot to transfer to an off site parking area?

We had pre paid for upgraded room. reception only wanted to allocate a standard room. Despite our proof it was a struggle to get the room we had paid for. Quality of bar food was of very poor quality and was overpriced. Everything else was satisfactory

we had first class service at the above hotel , first class food and room , the car parking arrangement were fine , we were pick up from the airport on our return within 10 minutes which was excellent , only thing was that I had to pay for extra night car parking which I thought was cover in the overall costs , so was not happy when I arrived at the hotel to find that I had to pay the above.

Everthing was as it is when we have stayed their before good service from an excellent team. This time when we arrived back the phones where down so we could not contact the hotel but the people at the info desk got through to and we were soon picked up.

We stayed here prior to flying to Majorca on the 30th August 2015 the service was excellent on our return one simple phone call to the hotel and our transport back to the hotel arrived within 10 minutes and Mike the driver took us back to collect our car that had been parked safely during our holiday. Would definitely stay there again.
