The hotel is on the airport complex. All rooms are air conditioned, there are four dining options, inc. an oriental restaurant & within the hotel there is a gym.

nice hotel always had room & parking before no problems , however beware if dropping of & checking in can only have a car onsite for 15mins before getting Â£100 pound parking charge when you get home

Stayed for one night before flying as had a very early flight. Got hotel bus to the terminal, and on return, phoned the hotel who sent the bus within a few minutes. Very effcient service.

On arrival, the hotel could find no trace of our booking. After a significant wait, another of the receptionists found it and said that it had never been entered on to their system. The receptionist who was dealing with us did not even apologise for their error and our delay! Fortunately they still had a room available. This was not exactly the ideal start to our holiday! Apart from the above, the hotel and parking was fine.

The hotel was clean, very efficient and the whole stay and transfer to and from the airport was as smooth as can be expected. Was a little peeved to see the price of the hotel drop just a few days after booking the room. This may make me look at other options in the future.

Trouble when booking in to hotel, name on my reservation paper did not match their records, we stayed at the hotel on the night of our return, as it was in the early hours we went straight to bed, lots of noise outside our room, only one set of towels for 2 people, we have stayed here many times over many year sand each time the experience is worse than the last.

We had a wonderful nights stay in this hotel all staff are really lovely and provide 5 star service nothing is too much trouble to them when we landed back into Manchester we phoned the number they gave us and within 5 mins a mini bus picked us up and took us to are car in ther carpark I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Thoroughly enjoyed the service via the Crowne Plaza with FHR. We had an early morning flight and needed a week's parking so we booked a night's stay before heading off. We got a free upgrade on our room, which was lovely & a good nights sleep. The car was well looked after. We always feel safe leaving it with CP via FHR. Great prices too.

Currently only Taxi transfers are available at a cost of approximately £5, It takes 2 minutes to get to Terminal 1 and 3 and 4 minutes to get to Terminal 2.

Exit the M56 at junction 5 and follow the signs for Terminals 1 and 3. Go through 2 sets of traffic lights take the 1st exit at the roundabout the Crown Plaza Manchester Airport is located on your right.

Can I get to terminal 3 via walkway from crownplaza plazayou will have to go outside to walk to termnal 3 from the hotel, they do provide a free shuttle bus that ca take you to terminal 3.
