The hotel is on the airport complex. All rooms are air conditioned, there are four dining options, inc. an oriental restaurant & within the hotel there is a gym.

Excellent value package. Efficient check in and easy parking right outside hotel, car taken away and brought back by hotel staff. Two minute drive to airport by courtesy bus. Totally hassle free. For a good nights sleep request a room in the hotel's "quiet zone".

All members of the hotel are very efficient, friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is very well appointed and beautifully clean and the food is first class. We were collected from the airport by the hotel transport in record time. As soon as the receptionist saw that my husband was using a wheel chair, he changed the room we had been allocated to one specially adapted for handicapped guests. Our car had been returned to the hotel car park was available as soon as we needed it. We would certainly return to the hotel and have no hesitation is recommending it.

enjoyable stay, quick check-in, comfy beds and speedy shuttle to terminal and vice versa on return. My only criticism would be the bar area, which was extremely busy and didnt seem to be large enough for the amount of hotel guests wanting a quiet drink or bite to eat before retiring to the room. It all felt a bit chaotic. Food was mediocre and a bit pricey for the standard and choice on offer. However, I would probably stay again due to the close proximity to the airport terminals.

I was very disappointed after paying the extra to stay in a better quality hotel. Booking in was fine but everyone we dealt with afterwards was very drab and unhalpful, not good customer service. We waited half an hour to be picked from the airport on our return this wasn't exceptable. We were called and could of walked quicker to the hotel. My partner had to run back to the airport twice to make another call to see where the driver was. Bus stop not a good waiting area??? When we turned up to the hotel we hoped to make another reservation for that night because of the lack of interest of the staff and the fact we were freezing and fed up we walked away dissapointed. Handy hotel for our latest journey. Transfers to and from the airport were first class. Only downside, from my point of view, is having to hand over our car keys to enable the vehicle to be moved while we are away.

great hotel and our room was perfect as we had to have a triple as my mother could not be alone and the third bed was excellent.Great Tai restaurant there and all staff very helpful.Particular note is to the courtesy drivers FIRST CLASS for your service and help.

Regularly use FHR and Manchester Crowne Plaza for "stay,park and fly" holidays.Easy to get to, clean room, fill in parking form, transfer vehicle usually waiting, two minute transfer ...Done! At worst, five minute wait for return transfer at 2.00am ..Great!

Currently only Taxi transfers are available at a cost of approximately £5, It takes 2 minutes to get to Terminal 1 and 3 and 4 minutes to get to Terminal 2.

Exit the M56 at junction 5 and follow the signs for Terminals 1 and 3. Go through 2 sets of traffic lights take the 1st exit at the roundabout the Crown Plaza Manchester Airport is located on your right.

Can I get to terminal 3 via walkway from crownplaza plazayou will have to go outside to walk to termnal 3 from the hotel, they do provide a free shuttle bus that ca take you to terminal 3.
