Excellent service. I have used this facility every time and will use it again for my next trip abroad. Staff are helpful and friendly. Minibuses are clean. only ever a few minutes wait to be taken to the airport. They are always waiting when we return and we are swiftly returned to the car park. Can't fault them!

The price was very competitive. Checking in was simple and the transfer to the airport was efficient. On our return the coach was waiting at the airport to deliver us straight to our car. All in all a very good service and one I will use again.

I HAVE USED THIS CAR PARK FOR YEARS 2.AM FLIGHTS TO 6PM THE BUS IS THERE WAITING TO TAKE US AND PICK US UP NO HASSLE . CHECKING IN IS EASY AND POLITE ALSO THE PUB HAS FAB SUNDAY LUNCH BUT NEED TO BOOK IN ADVANCE

Not very easy to get to even though the directions were accurate as the roads are very narrow and windy - I was lucky to have someone with me to direct me. Service is great - prompt, friendly and clean. The booking through FHR didn't seem to have registered through to Highwayman but this was easily resolved at check in.

I have used this company before and it has worked well every time. There was a minor issue with the booking the root cause of which was me! I put the wrong car registration number on the web page. I e mailed you straight away and you amended it immediately . However the timing seemed to mess up their computer system. However they resolved it very quickly with no subsequent problem. The site is near the airport but up a narrow road - it may upset the poor drivers , who are frightened to use reverse!!

Excellen service. Car taken when we arrived. We immediately boarded the shuttle bus and then on our return the buses were there and the drivers had our keys. We got back to the Highwayman and the car was ready for us. All appreciated at midnight and in temps of 4 deg

Not an easy place to find and even more difficult to find your way out of in the dark. My car pas peaked behind another car and was not easy to get out of the car park. I needed assistance from the guy on site to do so. But on the positive side. The cost was good and the journey was quick and the collection on the way home was at the airport waiting for us.

Bn quite a while since i used this car park facilities. But I must say they where still easy to find close to airport, the staff friendly. Nothing was to much trouble for them they got us to airport on time as promised and wss wsiting on our return flight fr Ireland. I fou d my car wsiting and ready to travel back home. Highly recommend to other user,s i know i will again on my next flight fr Cardiff. Well done

Directions for Highwayman Security Park
Direction:- Exit the M4 at Junction 33 and follow the signs for Cardiff Airport.
- Leave the A4232 dual carriageway at the first junction and take the third exit at the roundabout (A4050) - PC World will be on your left.
- Reset your mileometer at PC World. The car park is exactly 9.5 miles from this point.
- At 6.2 miles, youÂ’ll reach a roundabout with a sculpture shaped like two dragon tails - take the second exit, passing the airport.
- At the next roundabout, take the third exit towards St. Athan and Llantwit Major.
- At 8.2 miles, turn left and continue along the lane (ignore the narrow lane on the left, stay on the main road around the S-bend).
- Pass a small duck pond on your right. At the crossroads (8.8 miles), turn left.
- Continue for 0.8 miles and you’ll see the sign for Highwayman Security Park. Turn left into the car park — the reception area is on the left.
Arrival procedure:
On arrival at Highwayman Security Park, check in at Reception with the booking confirmation or reference number. A member of staff will park the vehicle in the secure facility while passengers use the free transfer service to reach the terminal entrance.

Vehicle restrictions and additional charges:
Standard cars and vans that fit within a standard parking space are accepted at Highwayman Security Park; motorhomes and vehicles exceeding standard bay dimensions cannot be accommodated. Trailers are permitted but require the booking of two parking spaces.
Overstay charges apply for any vehicles returning back outside of the original booking.
